The Red Balloon Toy Store

Such a magical store! It is creative and has lots of unique toys. My sister who is 44 played with toys in there for almost an hour! She found some cool stuff for her kids too! She was especially excited about the calico critters.

My daughter and I went for the grand welcoming for Schleich toys! They had a great selection and the staff was super inviting and were able to answer our questions. I love how open the floor plan was and how much calico critters assortment they had! They also have something for all ages literally one stop shop for a birthday or Christmas. Even I found something I liked here! There’s plenty of parking surrounding the store right outside and it’s kid friendly some hands on stuff so they don’t get bored just looking. I’ve always felt like all Red Balloon toy stores had shelves at kid level and kid friendly shopping atmosphere like the old Mom & Pop stores I grew up with in Santa Monica so it just brings me back to my childhood!!!!

This is the only place that we went this Christmas without clear direction of what to get beforehand. We wandered for a little while and found some great options for gifts. We're always able to find something for the kids.

The store is a dream foe adults and children, theres a variety of toys for all ages and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable

Amazing store! So much stuff in there for children and people of all ages. Fun silly stuff to educational toys, and toys and things I haven't seen in years! Got a kaleidoscope for my nephew, and an old style Jack in the box, among many other things. I'm glad the store is there.

Super fun toy store! They have a great selection, especially for more traditional and wooden toys, but have aot overall. There's a lot of puzzles and games for all ages. I love the little clearance area as well. A fun stop for anyone!

The staff is friendly and offered assistance upon my arrival. I noticed they were also selling previous demo/display toys for below their normal prices. I also appreciate seeing workers wearing masks, thank you!

Red balloon is the best toy store around! Not only are you supporting local but they have the best customer service. The manager, Kathy, is so friendly and will go out of her way to help you. They have the best variety of toys, games and puzzles. My kids love going in and the employees are so friendly.

Love this store. The Red Balloon Toy store in general but really specifically THIS store. I specificallydrive from Utah County to shop this store becauseof the customer service. Every time I go in if I am not sure what I am looking for the staff will ask me questions about my kids or who I am looking to buy for and help me find just what I need in the price range I am looking to stay in. If I just want to browse they let do that too without any pressure. The staff is always friendly. They almost always remember to ask me if I am part of the Toy Club to make sure I am getting the best deals as I often forget. My mom and I hit this store EVERY black friday as it is an absolute must for Christmas shopping. Love that the store has everything for ages baby to dinosaur. If they are out of something that I would like they will see if another local store has it or even if the website has it and help me with the best way to get the item. Best store ever.

I love this new Red Balloon Store and Location! Such a great layout and easy to see all the products. There are so many fun toys and learning activities. My 4 year old loves going in there. I especially love that there are toys displayed that you can play with and try out before you buy. I think we buy something every time we go in!

One of my favorite toy stores. Definitely a great place to get some gifts, with lots of variety on all sorts of toys and games.

I used to get calico critters from here when I was a kid. Now I come here for action figures and the selection is flame.

I took my kids to this store to look for birthday presents for a friend. We were hoping to find something unusual that you can't get at the big box stores. There were tons of interesting educational toys that I had never seen before, and many of them were on display so that shoppers can play with them first. The salespeople gave some very helpful suggestions, and we left the store with some fun gifts. I know my kids will be begging to go back soon. I'm so happy that there is a Red Balloon store so much closer to me now!

I love Red Balloon and so do my kids! Kathy, the manager, is very outgoing and assists in finding what you need. There staff is always friendly and ready to help. My kids save there money to go shopping here. Great selection of toys, arts, etc.

Yesterday I bopped into this store hoping they would have a stuffed “warmie” that my daughter really wanted for Christmas. They had 1 left but it was an animal my daughter isn’t too fond of. One of the workers told me she had 1 on hold in the back room for herself and was willing to sell it to me. I was so impressed that she would do this for me. My daughter will be thrilled, I’m a happy customer and I certainly hope this employee feels good about her gesture to help a mom out. Such kind and friendly staff. Thanks SO much. Happy Holidays! 💕

Got the hogwarts express collectors edition

Such a great toy store! There is so much variety, it's large, the staff is friendly. My favorite part is the selection of Ravensburger puzzles. There are STEM/science toys, classic children's toys pretty much everything you could want out of a toy store. They don't make them like this anymore!

What an amazing fun and interesting toy store for all ages including parents. They have unique-fun and one of a kind games, puzzles for various ages, educational projects, girls and boys hands on activities, just about everything is under the sun at this store.

Mobil legos, dinosaur 🦕 and animal collectible figurines, super fun games for 2-3-4 year olds.

The store has good lighting, organize and clean, friendly store clerks and cashier; it's inviting once step foot in there. Spent an hour and a half in the store, checked out many items on shelves. There's a big green model dinosaur 🦕 with toy fabric snakes wrapped around the wooden display jungle.

Purchased a Snail 🐌 race game and another dinosaur color race game to reach dinoland. Will be back and get more games.

The store has a good selection and variety of toys. You can easily find something for kids of all ages.
