AT&T Store

This store was very clean. Very well kept, and I was taken care of with professionalism. I really spent a lot of time trying to figure things out and the staff were very patient and helpful. it's so nice to have a store like this in the neighborhood because oftentimes you find people who don't really care about your needs. I would like to thank much Leslie and Lalo For the fantastic service that they provided me today.

Walked in the store and lalo was able to greet me as I walked in. He is very polite and very professional when it comes down to explaining things. He was able to help me switch from T-Mobile back to AT&T with no problem. He also explained to me about the promos and deals AT&T has to offer which I was very amazed of the good deals they had to offer. If I was able to give him a 10 out of 10 I would. I’ll make sure to recommend people to him for future business purposes.

I came to look at my bill today and Kat supported me and was patient with me to understand my bill. I really appreciate her customer service and attention to detail.
She deserves 5 stars for the 5 star treatment I received.

I usually feel rushed or brushed off when going into the store for assistance, which is why I do everything online BUT, the time I went in the worker welcomed me in, was patient with me, helped me understand everything and immediately assisted with my issue! Went to a previous At&t store, and unfortunately did not have the best time with the quality of help my friend and I received there. But when I went to this store, Erik and Yahir immediately got up and came to help us to the best of their abilities. They were very friendly and welcoming and also went out of their way to help us resolve issues with the account as well as upgrading phones. I will definitely return here in the future and highly recommend this store to any future or existing customers.
