They are closing 😪 I GOt A GREAt DEAL ON TWO EXLarge bright blue patio pots. Sad to see that upland can't support any businesses. It is very sad.

Ordered my 4ft tree online for pick up and I got it for about $21. Vanessa the cashier was the best! Great attitude and very excellent customer service. The store was nice, clean, and organized.

The employees are friendly, and I can usually find snacks at a decent price for an office, church, or school function. I feel the prices of items have increased quite a bit, but maybe the quality has gone down, unfortunately. I used to buy Christmas gifts here for local charities, but like I mentioned, the quality has gone down. I feel prices are marked up very high, and then they offer a percentage off; how about just put one simple price on the items? I will still go drop in every once in a while if I am in the area.

They had great toys. Considering it's almost Christmas. But we were able to buy toys to donate to the kids in Pomona

Hadn't been in a while, good selection of Christmas items,low prices

Very polite and helpful. Went with my son to buy a mattress. I don't remember her name but she's been with the company for 30 years. She checked stock to ensure we would be able to take them home same day. When it was time to pick up she helped us load them on top of our car. Thank you 🌹 Thank you 🌹 Absolutely amazing customer service.

Store clean, orderly. Went with my daughter who wanted a recliner. The staff was very helpful. The recliner was picked out and paid for. It was put in car who was very friendly and did not complain about the size and weight of the purchase.

Good deals on usable stuff. Got an amazing wind chime that I was actually eyeing elsewhere but it was only $12.99 here. That’s less than half the price the other store was charging!

I had not been to Big Lots in a long time. I am glad I came back. There are fun new gadgets, cool dried fruit and nuts as well as the traditional snacks (cookies/candy/chips, etc.) I bout name brand pillows. The line at the register got 4 deep and they called a cashier over. The store is kept tidy, the employees were courteous. I spent way too much because they had so many things that I needed. Great visit!! Thanks.

I think this location is going out of business. No new inventory since Covid 19 shut down. Visited 2x looking to get non stick copper pans and both times they were out. We have purchased all our patio furniture from here in the past. Always great prices, good quality and friendly service. I hope it is just a phase and they get new supplies soon as they are a beacon in Upland.

Pretty nice place, came here to get some snacks once, ended up walking around the whole store because they had so many stuff that I didn’t expect it to have. They had furniture, beauty products and other stuff too. Great place, recommend visiting for sure.

Amazing Summer sale and the staff were over the top helpful. Certainly not the Big Lot's l use to a void. So glad we stopped in today, bought lots of great stuff instead of the one item I was looking for.
