Jacob is the man! Helped out 3 people at the same time and got me what I wanted. In a generation where no one wants to work, there are people that are always the exception. Thank you, Jacob.

Clean store.
Needed to pick up an assembled chair. Tony had great customer service. There was an issue with my chair and Tony listened and helped to solve the issue. He is what customer service should be like.

The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time from Tony. He prioritized the customer, was kind and patient, and provided an overall great experience. If he’s not a manager already, he definitely deserves to be. He gives the attitude you would expect from a great manager.

I went in to do an Amazon return and ended up browsing the store afterwards. All the employees were friendly and acknowledged us from the cashier up front to the associates on the floor.

There are a lot of great people here. Believe me, I used to work here! A lot of the complaints here are unwarranted. Every day we try our best. Customer service is the only job requirement and things like "numbers" are only recommended and appreciated.

A few things to remember about Staples and all other stores. The associates usually have only an hour to clean the entire store and find all of the missing product, so every minute counts. They're not trying to be mean when they don't let you in 5 minutes after closing. And don't bang on the door asking to come in... "I have just one copy" isn't a valid reason for us to let you in. Not only does this rule protect the associates but it also means that Staples can be ready for the morning rush.

The best times to come in every day are from about 10:00 to 7:00.

Monday was the first time I visited this store. Because the Pomona Staples that was near me moved to La Verne, I have always gone to that store. However, the Upland one has the office furniture, and I needed a new chair. With help from sales person Lori, I found a new chair, and after I changed my mind about being able to pick it up and take it home myself, she and her son delivered it to my home in Claremont. Sorry, LaVerne, I’ll be taking my business to Upland from now on.

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised as I went back-to-school shopping for my students as well as my own family!! I was greeted, staff answered my questions and even offered to help me take my heavy bags to my car!! I felt as if I had "stepped back in time" because their customer service was excellent!! I often HAVE TO go to big box discount stores to buy school supplies, but Staples offered some comparable prices. We will return!!

I had a awesome experience here with one of the staff who printed my headshots, she was so kind and polite and did exactly what I requested, while walking me how to send orders online. She called once my prints were ready, I love this place!

Staples in Upland has been my go-to place for office supplies for years. Today I bought 110 weight card stock and selected the Staples brand.

In general, their paper quality and pricing are very competitive esp if you are only buying a ream.

Got my photocopies done fast. Cheap.easy. Didn't need any help and was able to copy my personal photos with no digital copy left over.safe and convenient.

I needed some last minute copies and John at the copy center not only made it happen, but effectively, professionally and politely managed and served at least 10 other people at one time! Rockstar. Thank you!
