The staff was great. I was greeted as soon as a walked in. Jose answered all my questions and made sure I understood the promotion and walked me through the process step by step explaining everything. Being in sales myself I was very impressed by Jose's professionalism and patience with all my questions! AT&T Upland on Mountain Ave has earned my business thanks to Jose N!

Overall experience was awesome. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped immediately by Ashley. From the time I walked in to the time I left the building was less than 30 minuets.

Manager and customer service representatives here are truly amazing. They accommodated my busy schedule and stayed open late to service my account and to help me handle all the things I needed to do for my business account. Best part was they didn’t even make me feel guilty about it!! If you’re a small business owner in the inland empire area, please do business with this store, they are terrific!

Came into AT&T and I had the pleasure to have Louie as my sales associate. He was very helpful he answered all my questions. He was very honest and made sure I was making the best decision with my purchase.

Bryson, Jose and Manny were really great at giving us a good deal and helping us with everything, as well as breaking down all the fees. Everything regarding our switch was taken care of fast and pretty flawlessly. Really appreciated the fact that we were talked through the entire process, would really recommend this location.
