Macy's

Nice popular store but not over crowded with people. Easy to find things plus there are plenty of associates to help you . There is also a little rest area by woman's bags . chair to sit down and a charging area. Excellent 👍

The store seems to be always very clean and well organized. Cosmetics and perfumes are the only reasons I come here. I stopped purchasing clothes from here years ago due to high prices and the coupon policy they have that you can't use the coupons pretty much on all brands.

M.A.C. Macy's Montclair Plaza: Was here for M.A.C. Kayleigh, Jessica, Ozzy, and Tanya are all AWESOME! EXCELLENT customer service, Kayleigh helped one person after the other. Literally like 4, 5 customers at a time! Everyone that works at this location is INCREDIBLE and everyone is very helpful. Thank you to: Kayleigh, Jessica, Ozzy, Tanya. You ALL ROCK!!!

Ordered some things online and decided to pick it up curbside. I pulled up parked and it's literally right by the Macy's entrance door and they came out within 5 mins... Employee was nice...in and out....love that everything is almost curbside

This review is specific to the Lancôme store located inside the Montclair, CA Plaza inside Macy’s store. I had an amazing experience with the young lady (Devanna) who initially greeted me. Her customer service was outstanding, She went above and beyond explaining the product and it’s benefits. She is truly knowledgeable, and professional. The product I ended up purchasing was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again!

Good customer service even though their supply of formal dresses for big girls were almost nonexistent.

Winnie from the Estée Lauder counter blew me away with her customer service. Immediately upon arriving she walked up to us to greet us and offer help. I took a swatch from my Nars foundation that matches me perfectly and she was patient with me trying out different shades and offered me a sample before purchasing a new shade. The previous employee at the same location I had to walk up to her to ask for help even though she walked right past me standing at the counter. I’m looking forward to giving my business only to Winnie.

Picked up some culinary items that were currently on sale. I knew these choices were meant to be as three of the items I decided to purchase were the last if their kind in stock at that store. Being it the holiday season, you would have thought there would have been more employees around to assist customers... nope. Not a one. Just the poor elderly cashier that was tasked with restocking merchandise between customers. And prices? Why can't they be clearly marked for every item... instead of forcing me to complete my 10,000 steps for the day walking back and forth to the one and only price scanner on the kitchen wares floor? Sheesh, I need a nap.

I've been shopping for new quality furniture for a while. Never even thought about Macy's until I happened to see a sale price online for the leather chairs I had decided on. I was a bit sceptical, so I went to the local Macy's to check them out. That alone was a major bonus over ordering from an online only store. The chairs were exactly the same as those at other online retailers. (Hint: same manufacturer, retailers put the own label/name on the items.) The lowest price I had found online was just under $1300/ea. Macy's sale price was $649.00/ea. Yes, half the price I was going to pay earlier that day. In addition, they Macy's warranty and return policy was far better than any other retailer I had shopped. Even other brick & mortar stores. I don't know if this kind of sale pricing is typical for Macy's. I can say that looking at the other in store furniture while waiting for a sales person, I noticed that most of the furniture appeared to be very competitively priced.
The chairs arrived a few days ago. Less than a week after ordering them. They're perfect.

Best place to come.. for good deals and best clothing to find

I had just drove back from LA getting my food from Bludso's Bar & Que.
I wanted to run into Macy's to pick up a few items for my son's birthday dinner next week.

Well I ran into this young man who worked there.
He asked if I was looking for something special...

Then as I was walking out of Macy's the ladies at the perfume counter, brought me in with the presentation of Coco mademoiselle!!!! I was not looking for anything for myself but the presentation. The demonstration was wonderful.
