Mikki, was absolutely amazing, our movers showed up with a 26ft truck and ready to unload it and once we got to our storage unit it was extremely to small, she helped to get us into a bigger unit with out any issues. Mikkis, customer service and professionalism is above reproach. Thank you for all your help.

Through a very difficult time of a loved one passing away, it is sometimes the people you never expect with their kindness and compassion to help you in that painful situation. I appreciate the people who helped our family navigate what we needed and didn’t need as far as putting our loved ones last items in a safe space. I moved my things in a few weeks ago and staff was super helpful with getting me storage units/necessary items for my move. Still very happy with the customer service. Also satisfied with the secured accessibility of the building, would rate a 10/10!

Ok. So I may have let my temper get the better of me. I would like to withdrawal my previous review. My issue was handled in a very timely manner and the employee working the office went above and beyond to get this all cleared up. Thanks.

Visited the facility today to rent another unit. We met a young gentleman (Eric) whose customer service skills went above and beyond. Eric was extremely polite, very knowledgeable and helpful in determining and recommending the space needs that we required. It’s been a long time since I have seen customer service skills in a business in a very long time.

I wish I had an opening at the Clinic to steal him away from you so that Eric could teach our CSR’s how to improve their skills. A Great Hire!!

Raven and the rest of the staff are awesome, they help me walk through the process of things when I got my unit. The facility is amazing you can pull your vehicle indoors while unloading and it’s climate controlled they have carts and elevators that make moving things easy. I was able to push my big piano on the elevator and right out the other side and into the unit.
A+ units and service

This storage facility is fabulous! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. All of the storage units are on climate controlled floors. You even get to park your vehicle in a climate-controlled area to load and unload. I love the energy-conscious feature of lights being motion-activated inside where you access your unit. You get a free lock upon rental of a unit. I used this space for storage of college items for my kids. It was only a 3-month rental but I would definitely rent again if the need arises!

Amazing service! I was able to reach a real person extremely quick with al my questions. I am very happy with how clean the space is for the price. Also I do not have any worries about my valuables with the area being so well built for climate control. I felt safe going in and out as well. Overall a great experience will use this location for my recommendations.

Facility is extremely well kept, accessible and the customer service is on point. Everything was explained thoroughly and any questions I had were answered. Pricing seems reasonable to have your things well protected. Shout out to Manager Chandler and his staff for being so amazing!

Although we’re not quite ready for a space, Raven gave us a very informative tour and patiently answered all our questions. We will definitely be back! UPDATE: Moved in and everything went great thanks to AJ and Chandler. This place has great easy access and spotlessly clean

Patricia was ASTOUNDING! She was amazing to work with, the location was extremely clean and very well lit and clean. She was very understanding of the situation we were in with another competitor raising rates to almost double the rates at this location, and it was comforting that this location was indoors and climate controlled unlike our former storage unit. If you are truly looking for affordable storage, go ask for Patricia you will NOT regret it. Besides it being indoors, competitive rates, and convenient location, you can park inside long enough to load/unload.

We had a great experience running our lockers, getting access and support. Mary is very, very helpful. She needed a day off though it seems like she's there all the time. I also found the packing supplies for cheaper than those found at home Depot and Lowe's

Patricia is so nice and attentive! She helped us so much getting into the building, even gave her personal cell to call if we needed help after they closed! The facility is really nice and feels safe... they have carts you can use, a freight elevator and good security features!

My first experience was absolutely amazing I recommended to anyone and everyone. Fast , easy , stress free. Staff is very polite and friendly very outstanding. Me and my fiancé are impressed. We are looking forward to storing here :)
