This store has everything you need to cut down on plastic waste. I love that you can order online and get it delivered locally or also shop at the store. They have household products like laundry detergent and scrub brushes, bath and body products (the mango shampoo bar is our favorite, makeup, and lots of refill options. We’ve discovered a lot of new items that we love and have become a part of our daily lives now like the cotton facial rounds, dish soap, hand soap, and deodorants. We’re really grateful there’s a store like this in our neighborhood.

When I shop at Fill Good, I feel good. My main purchases are cleaning items like dish soap, dishwasher powder, all-purpose cleaner, and hand-soap. Those items are competitively priced with supermarkets, albeit minus the externality of the plastic. They offer donation jars or upcycled wax-bags if you come without.

The staff is very knowledgable and I always chat with them about the best ways to recycle and compost etc. I love the loyalty program too. I feel like can do something about the standard pig-lifesytle that's offered by Amazon and friends.

Great sustainable personal care and cleaning products here! Just bring a container.

I absolutely love Fill Good! Since moving back to the East Bay 2 years ago, I haven't purchased hand soap, dish soap, dish washer soap, laundry detergent, vinegar, shampoo or conditioner anywhere else. The customer service is always exemplary - no matter how many containers I bring in to be refilled (and sometimes it's a lot!). Each time I visit the store, I find something else I want to try (floss, stain remover, razors, make-up, compostable kitchen towels, sponges, etc). Fill Good has become an integral part of my routine, and I appreciate the communal commitment to reducing single use plastics.

Absolutely love this place! In addition to being able to refill plastic bottles for things like laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap and body products, I've discovered so many ways of cutting plastic waste out of my life: reusable cotton pads to ditch the plastic bag; tooth tabs (with flouride and without) to ditch the toothpaste tube; bamboo/compostable toothbrushes; sunscreen that comes in a metal pot; exfoliator in glass jar; dryer ball rather than dryer sheets; lipstick and lip balm packaged in cardboard rather than plastic; bar shampoo and bar conditioner; refillable glass tooth floss containers with non-plastic floss and so much more. The staff are patient and very knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Highly recommended for all!

Love this place - I like their lotion, makeup, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo and so much more. I’ve gotten in the habit of bringing in my own bottles and it feels good to waste less. Hoping this kind of store that focuses on reuse is the future.

If you are looking to switch up your game to a Zero Waste lifestyle, then look no further than Fillgood! During my first visit to the store, the staff did a wonderful job walking me through the basics of going plastic-free and showing me their products. The website is very thorough and provides additional tips, videos, and entertaining news about living sustainably. Their products smell very nice and are gentle enough that my small kids can use them. I love how they took every effort to make details in the store like the shelves and paint as sustainable as possible. We prefer the delivery option but the store is always worth it for getting ideas or finding plastic-free reusable products.

I was in town from Tampa, Florida and this was my first time visiting FillGood. I was so amazed by all of the products that were offered because these kinds of stores are not common in my hometown!!! The employees were extremely helpful and kind, I wish I remembered their names. I came in on the morning of 12/10/21. I wish I had bought more of their products while I was there!! I will definitely be ordering online! This store has shifted my perspective on natural health and beauty products in a positive way, and to help our environment reduce waste!

I love this place! They do an amazing job of curating an assortment of plastic-free goods, a lot of which are locally sourced from small businesses with likeminded values. They have a wide range of cleaners and body and hair products available for refill. The owner is a wealth of info if you’re just starting out on your sustainable journey.

This much needed zero waste refill store is a wonderful addition to the area. I have been purchasing my dish soap and laundry soap, both excellent products, from Fillgood since it's inception as a delivery service over 2 years ago but being able to stop in the small but packed-with-products store front is great. So many new things to choose from! And baking soda in bulk!

If you are looking to reduce your plastic, this is the shop for you! The owner, Stephanie, has many wonderful products including a refill station for laundry soaps, dish soaps, and the like. I love the shampoo bars, and especially like the coconut deep conditioner hair mask. The prices are very reasonable as well!

A very nice refill store where you can get all the products you need to clean your house and yourself! I love the concept of buying in bulk to create less waste. Besides all the products are organic and gentle for you and the environment. Do not hesitate to visit the store!

This store is so great. It's so good to be able to find zero waste goods in person without having to order them online. Stephanie is super nice and will help you find exactly what you need! Lots to choose from. A lot of vegan-friendly stuff too.

I am SO happy to have discovered Fillgood so that we can cover our household cleaning needs with no new plastic. I brought in 2 gallon jugs for dish soap, and my empty laundry detergent boxes, and left all refilled for a good while. The plastic crisis is huge, recycling programs are broken, and no-one in the world wants our plastic trash. Wonderful that Fillgood is so close by to help reduce our impact. My favorite refill store for household products and body care! They have laundry detergents (best one is puretergent locally sourced from Oakland), plain products, great shampoo bars and even toothpaste tablets! If you don’t have time to go into the little store you can order online!

Very interesting place! I've been trying to cut way back on packaging waste. Fillgood is a great resource for purchasing shampoo and conditioner and household cleaners without the wasteful packaging.
