Great service. Have worked with every rep in the store. Made a big purchase a couple months ago and Dylan his manager magi helped me understand the bill. Every time I come in I feel welcomed and this last time they helped me save extra money just because. The store is pretty big but it’s a vibe. Great deals going on. Definitely recommend this Verizon

I went the Oceanside Blvd store and had an amazing experience. The customer service we received from Athena was top notch. I left with my new phone and a new plan that properly serves my needs. Thank you.

Customer service was amazing. Everyone was really kind and helpful. I used to have Tmobile and wouldn't have service in a lot of places I go to, but I do with Verizon. My neighborhood has really bad service in general but Verizon is so good I was able to play fps games with my Verizon phone hot spot.

The staff at the Oceanside store are friendly and knowledgeable. Specially, Bri whom was helpful during the data transfer process. I was able to transfer 100% of my data in under an hour. 5 G network Five stars ⭐

First of all I didn't have to wait so that was great! Dylan was exceptional... took his time with me and explained everything clearly to me. He upgraded me to a Google pixel 8 and I'm very happy with it 🙂

Stopped earlier this date at a different Verizon store. Staff seemed indifferent and eventually shared that internet was down, but should be operational in 15 to 20 minutes. Waited and eventually returned about 45 minutes later. Still down. Would not contact other Verizon locations to ascertain if operational. Eventually visited the Victra Verizon store and was pleasantly surprised by professionalism and courtesy at that store.

Very nice fellow who waited on me. Was patient, told me my options. I will definitely go back there for any future needs.

Had a great experience switching over to Verizon at this location. Came in to transfer over 5 lines and get three new trade in’s. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable and made the switch super easy. Even helped set us up at the vista location to get hard to find 4g SIM cards. Switched the whole family in under an hour and saved us a lot from our previous t mobile plan. Dylan is the man and I’m super glad we came to this location. Extremely recommend visiting here.

Johnny was great and informative at our first visit (we came in close to closing time), We were a bit of a problem case, having ordered a phone online and canceled that order and now trying to get the new phone of our choice set up in store. The next day Athena was awesome, very calm and able to help us out getting set up with a new phone as my old one was dying before our eyes. She helped a lot of other customers while continually checking in with our phones and their long transfer process. Very patient. Thank you.

The staff were excellent and very kind. They were very helpful and I left feeling relieved. They were quick and we got a good deal. The only bad thing is that it was very hot because there was no air.

Kelsey and Sara were AMAZING!! For whatever reason, setting up my new phone came with one problem after the next, but they went above and beyond and exhausted every avenue until the problems were all solved and I had my new phone. Seriously they were so rad. Good attitudes the whole time and I owe them big.

Service here was amazing! I came in for a screen protector, and was told benefits I had that I was not taking advantage of. I got a tablet for only a few dollars more a month because of a military discount, so I accepted the offer. The person helping me, Michael, also threw in a free screen protector for my wife, 2 free chargers, and a free stylist! Amazing!

Dylan’s the goat. He was super patient and helpful in getting my phone upgraded. Super friendly and chill as well. Plus he’s got some stellar facial hair. Welcome to California Dylan!

I purchased a new phone on 8/8 however once I got home I was having difficulty with adding my Google widget so I went in the following day. Jon assisted me in adding the Google bar as well as showing me how to screen shot (which is no different from my prior phone) because I didn't quite have the touch for the new phone. I went back the following day because I was having a hard time registering the warranty. He also took time to explain my new bill. Jon is so calm and proficient in all Verizon! Don't ignore this star employee!

Samantha the store manager helped me so much. Everything went smooth and I love my new phone. Kate spade cover super cute and in store. Discounts good. Michael the new guy helped install my hum in my car.excellent service!

To make a long story short if you want a great experience, someone who is understanding and goes over every detail ask for Samantha. She was like this even before becoming the store manager. Very professional. The other representatives are a toss up. One day they are laser focused on every detail and the next time you come in it's a complete 180. If they were as consistent as Samantha this store would be fantastic.
