I have always gone to Home Depot because there was one <1 mile from me. But now (moved) and there is Lowes and Depot the same distance and have tried Lowes and I am impressed

Lowes store is brighter, more inviting and displays are better than Depot. Selection snd options seems be great. So in think I found my me hardware store

We went to get a new washer and dryer. It was simple to pick out the one we wanted and get it scheduled for delivery. Associates were friendly and helpful. Much better experience than the dishwasher we got from Home Depot.

Lowe's came thru big time on their prices. They were actually lower than a couple of their competitors.
I needed new breakers and a breaker box and some GFCIS and i was happy to see how much it all cost. One of my favorite stores for sure

I think this is going to be my new home design shop. I always used to go to Home Depot. But now that I’ve been to Lowe’s a few times I really think it’s got more of a female touch and more things to put in My Home so A+.

Super helpful employees! I went to get supplies so I could make a blanket ladder for myself and I went on a day that a bunch of new employees were being trained and everyone was absolutely wonderful. I had quite a few complicated questions and 2 employees in the lumber section were extremely helpful. I was also helped by a couple of amazing workers in the hardware section by the wood screws. I completely forgot to fill out a customer service survey when I left but I hope this reaches them and thanks again for all of your help!!

I was here for a big purchase this evening. The store is hiring because they are hard pressed for staff. Despite being extremely busy, Dustin and Alyssa provided with me excellent customer service. Oh, and I nearly forgot to mention, Shaun went looking for the right person, Dustin, to address my requirements. You guys rock! Thank you! Have a happy 4th!

Best Lowe’s Store ever. Aaron offered to help us locate what we needed as soon as we entered the store. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Thank you Aaron. Glen was also very helpful in the sprinkler department. The guy at self checkout was really great, too.

John who helped me in tools is awesome. He spent 30ish or more minutes looking for a toolset that was on a pallet wrapped and stocked far away. I got my toolset at the price I wanted because of his customer service. Thank you.

Staff have been helpful and the store is always clean. Gary in the tile department was very professional and friendly during my last visit. My last purchase in the appliance department for a washing machine drawer was far easier than I had expected. I was pleasantly surprised it was in stock. The guy working that department was super efficient and easy to work with.

Came here late one evening needing an extra long gas line that I saw online that they carried. Got there and it wasn't on the shelf, but the manager practically turned the store upside down to find it for us. Wish we got his name, younger guy, very nice. Refreshing to experience such good customer service, will definitely be back to this store even though it's a bit further than other options.

Lowes is the closest Home Improvement store around to me and it's always my go to for stuff around the house. I bought a cactus i have been wanting plus some other stuff. Everyone at this location is always happy and ready to help you with any questions or help of needed.

I found everything I needed for my succulents. Soil, Perlite, pots, fertilizer and cute succulents.

Lowe's is very nice and clean store. The staff is very helpful.
