Well laid out store. Easy to park, easy to get into. Easy to find help when you need it. Friendly service and a great line up of products.

When I first started out in my business I was a new contractor and Lowe's gave me an opportunity to work with them. They were a great stepping stone and help me start my career. They've recently started carrying top quality thin sets and other products however they are kind of expensive I can get them much cheaper at specialty tile stores

The gal in garden was awesome. Super friendly and conversive. I appreciated that.

One of my favorite locations. Plenty of parking. Right off the freeway. Food locations around. Store is always nicely staffed and plenty of stock.

Always a nice selection of plants and gardens supplies.

It's great that this store opens at 6am I get stop in before work. Always nice staff friendly and helpful.

Generous parking, well staffed with knowledgeable, competent employees. Little to no wait at the registers. Friendly staff and great customer service. Prices higher than home depot, but a selection of their own. Store is cleaner than Home Depot and feels more big box and less warehouse/lumber yard.

So much better store then Home Depot. I started Home Depot today to find about seven items because I couldn't find help at Home Depot. I left without buying anything. I then went to Lowe'sVista and found a fabulous Lowe's employee, Heidi, who walked me around to every section I need to go to to get the items I was there for. She's a fabulous employee she knew exactly where everything was and didn't leave me on my own until I had found All of my different items. Then I went to check out and because I had so much stuff another lowes employee, Megan help me get through checkout with no difficulties, and offered to take my stuff out of my car. Customer service is so far and above at Lowe's. Compared to Home Depot. That's my last trip to Home Depot.

It's a good store...we were looking for a plant and they have a good variety.

I wanted some plants and planters for our patio. Found some fair priced items, 2 bags of potting soil.
They're all potted now and it looks lovely.
Good selection, not too long wait in line at check out. Plenty of parking.

Great place not crowded. Got a microwave there and it works perfect

Got an awesome picnic style table for 170$ the guy was so sweet loaded it up fast.

Lowes is never crowded and is a very nice version of Home Depot. If you need to go to Home Depot but want a pleasant experience, I definitely recommend Lowes.

It's a nice Lowes kind of under staffed but it's a pretty slow location so not a big deal.

Everybody is always so friendly and helpful. Every employee is always happy to assist customers with a smile. They are always attentive and offer to assist when they are busy. Last night I was in the garden center attempting to figure out how to load a large, heavy bag of soul onto my cart. One of the workers assisting the person on the forklift asked me if I would like him to lift it for me. I accepted his offer and thanked him. He was at the other end when he saw me and I appreciated him not only being attentive, but also walking over to where I was to do that for me. He even asked if I needed help finding anything or help with anything else. Inside the store, every employee I passed by all asked if I needed help finding anything, and even when they were busy doing something else. It really made me feel how much they all are willing to help, and not just because it’s their job. The last item I needed help with and the man that helped me was also so nice! He was sweeping down the lumber aisle and I was too short to get the item I needed. He was happy to help me and then he noticed the trays were all taped together. I apologized for the inconvenience since I had found him to help me and he never made me feel like it was a problem. He laughed and said no worries he would get it for me and he did 😊 thank you Lowes Vista for your wonderful kind and helpful employees. I have never had a bad experience here with anyone and appreciate the friendliness and wonderful customer service!

I got to lowes often because it's very close by my house I've purchased something and brought it back and they would not give me a refund I was like OK fine I came back tonight to buy the exact same item and I was trying to make sure that it worked before I left everybody was so helpful and accommodating the assistant manager showed me how to use it turn it on we double check to make sure it worked. Alex and his team he works with that night are absolutely amazing. I am sure that the team is amazing because Alex is so awesome and is the meaning of true customer service an art form that I feel has been lost.
