The Home Depot

This is a fantastic Home Depot. They have all the usual stuff that you need and great seasonal decorations and needs. Lots of parking. Plenty of check out lanes. Feels much bigger than most.

Used their services with a contractor for a major remodel with no problems.

Purchased two major appliances, and both times, the associates in that department were very helpful in choosing the right item, and setting up delivery.

Window covering personnel were not available in the middle of the afternoon on a weekend. Went elsewhere for this part of the remodel.

All what you need for home tools, furnitures and other indoor or outdoor items..
Purchased 50Gal plastic bags

April was so helpful in recommending a sink for our kitchen. We can’t wait to install it. Great customer service!!

I went to Home Depot during the major rainstorm in 1/22. I described what I was looking for, but wasn’t sure what it was called. Lauren not only helped me figure out what I needed, but she went began walking around looking for the item. When we couldn’t immediately find it, she asked other employees for even more assistance. Lauren went above and beyond what a typical employee would do to assist me.

Always walk out with more employees go above and beyond on the spot personal discounts just for me. Small scratch or leaky bag say something they will honor every item should be perfect.if not ask...

The best management I’ve encountered in years in any store.

I bought a few appliances from Home depot for my house I just purchased. Two of them were delivered and the process was smooth sailing, I also ordered the new Samsung Bespoke fridge, the fridge turned into a HUGE headache due to supply chain issues with Samsung.

To tell it simply, I changed the panels that attach to the front of the fridge in store at the time of purchase. This fridge is marketed so that the customer can easily change the panels for décor purposes or any potential damage. The idea is you spend $100 dollars on a new panel instead of buying a new fridge. Great idea, right? The only problem is Samsung would not allow the customer to place any type of panel order with Home Depot or Samsung.com for that matter without also including the fridge in the order. They effectively had it so you could not get the panels after the fridge was ordered, even though this fridge is marketed for that exact purpose.

This went back and forth with both HD and Samsung HQ offices for a few months before it was finally resolved. I was frustrated because I felt that I was stuck in a supply chain issue that Samsung and home depot needed to figure out AFTER I was taken care of. I was sick of rocking an ugly black plastic fridge with no panels for months after all…

On to the good…Mark M, and Shawn helped me through this entire process. The advocated for me to corporate (they remembered the customer instead of letting me get lost in the bigger supply chain issue), they let me get frustrated with them and never tried to avoid responsibility (even though I knew at all points their hands were tied), they kept me updated weekly no matter how busy they (or the store) was, they called Samsung for me COUNTLESS times, they even made sure to forward me email chains incase I ever wanted to escalate the situation with Samsung (I tried and they really did not care about this issue, the rep essentially kept telling me that I needed to order another fridge).

All this to say that I was very impressed with how they handled themselves and represented the store, they were very polite, but would not duck out on delivering bad news (or wait for me to call them). This literally took months and by the end I was honestly shocked that they were still treating this with as much importance as day one. In the end they gave me a nice credit to make the situation right, again not something they needed to do since this was more of a Samsung problem.

Mark and Shawn if you read this, thank you so much for all your hard work, you guys have got a lifelong customer in me.

The people at this Home Depot are friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and it is easy to shop and check out without long lines or delay.

This place is great. They always have the store clean and full stock.

Ive done some returns for the company i work for and Mistica helped me a lot. She was really going trought the system to help me out with a great attitude the whole time even it was a lot of stuff. Shes great!!!

We can always find what we a need here. The customer service was great. If you can't find something, look up your item online it will tell you exactly where the item is located. The store is neat and clean and the The shelves are well stocked. Masks are no longer required but you can wear one if you wish.

I’m glad to live in a city with two Home Depot stores to choose from. Although I buy a majority of my plumbing materials for my company at plumbing supply warehouses, I do find myself shopping here for hardware, lumber, and other goods used in my trade work.

And as a homeowner, it’s great to be able to shop for household repair needs, gardening supplies, and especially cleaning supplies. I recently discovered I can save money buying cleaning supplies and paper towels/toilet paper here rather than at the grocery stores.

Nov 18, 2023 update - this is the best Home Depot thanks to John in equipment rentals who saved the day when I got a rental truck stuck in some mud 😭 he came out to the location right away and helped get it unstuck, and was even SUPER nice and helpful about it despite me wasting his time with my stupid mistake. Everyone was helpful and the rental process was quick and easy, but John deserves a good medal for his service today. Thank you!!!

August (I believe that was his name) was super helpful with calculating and measuring out some pieces of lumber I needed for a project. He also advised me on which was the most affordable wood for the job. Thanks August!

So convenient. A well stocked store. The mobile app takes you directly to the correct shelf. And their ship to store is fast and convenient. Even returns and exchanges are efficient. I can go online to see a list of everything I have purchased over the last 3 years or more. It is broken up into three categories: online orders, in store orders, and in store purchases. The last category uses your stored credit card numbers to search their in store purchase data so, if you want a lot of history, never delete expired or cancelled cards because you cannot add an inactive card, but if it was entered before it expired or was cancelled, then it's results will still be in your list. This information is great for checking on purchase dates for items with warranties, and it means you don't need a receipt to return merchandise purchased in store; just the credit card used to purchase it is sufficient. However, consider the risk before allowing Home Depot to store your credit card information.

Great service, resolved my product issue instantly.. No questions asked.. they just took care of their customer needs..

As many other locations. In my opinion this one though is more organized.

Once again, Home Depot shined. I went in to buy a bathroom faucet and having found one, needed to see the included supply hoses to make sure they'd be compatible with my supply lines. I spoke with Mo, who was very helpful. He opened the secured box to show me the hoses and everything was a match. I used the self serve checkout - an appreciated addition to their Vista Melrose store - and left with my faucet, a happy and satisfied customer.

Haven't had a bad experience at this store, ever.

Clean well run Home Depot. Found everything I was looking for with the assistance of plentiful friendly staff. This home Depot is not crowded like many others and you can be in and out quickly. Couldn't find one thing to complain about

At first we were very disappointed as my wife and I were looking for a specific Christmas decoration for our daughter. The only one left was the display. We asked if we could purchase it! They said yes and were very swift in getting the display! Not only that but at the register we were given 25% off! Now that’s a Merry Christmas!

Easy to find items. Quiet store with lots of assistance available. Did not like having a secondary service salesperson right at the entrance selling water softeners.
