Hands down one of the best taco places.

The place has staples like fruits, sodas and meat to grill. One other cool thing about this place is how they will give you samples of their other prepared foods which taste amazing.

The line for tacos on Taco Tuesday isn't bad though it's hot in the market. The tacos are 69 cents so make sure to try them all out. All their tacos taste delicious and are well made.
No Agua frescas, but plenty of canned beverages. I gotta have my horchata even if it's some average tasting canned one.
There aren't any tables to sit so plan on sitting in your car.

A great place. True authentic Mexican food and products. The staff is helpful and friendly. They take care of business. They're catering is excellent. I was just not enough good. I can say about them. Good job guys. Way to go

You can’t beat the .69 cent taco Tuesday deal!!! The meat is always warm & fresh!!!! Although recommended getting there early because the line builds up quick but definitely worth the wait!!!!! You can never go wrong with the asada, chicken or al pastor.

They have .69 cent tacos on Tuesdays and Fridays. The tacos are very good and have excellent flavor. Personally, my favorites are the birria, carnitas, and chicharron. They have other types of tacos, too, and the very popular ones run out towards the end of the day, so plan ahead.

I've also tried items from their seafood and meat menu, it's very good and I'm pretty sure everything else on their menu carries no complaints at all. Everything they sell is good.

A lot of people go, so expect to be in line for a bit on Tuesdays and Fridays, and sorry to say, but the parking lot is always packed.

Great place for produce and authentic Hispanic food. Very clean! Extremely courteous staff! I make my way from SESD up here once a month to get carne asada and tamales.

Taco Tuesday and Friday are great. Long line, but it goes fast, and the tacos are wonderful. If y'all get a chance, stop in it's a great store.

I recently visited Primo Foods in North County San Diego and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. I went there for their famous Taco Tuesday and Friday where they offer 69 cent tacos, but even on a regular day, their food is just as excellent. Their steak is amazing and the salsa is to die for. The value they offer is truly unbeatable. The overall experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Mexican food in North County San Diego. The staff was friendly and accommodating and made the experience even better. I would give Primo Foods a 5-star review for their excellent food and overall experience. Still living Taco Tuesday!!! Staff is very quick and food is filling. Can't beat the $.69 price. If you call ahead and order 40+ you don’t have to wait in line! Or get there at 4:30 to beat the crowd.

Great food! 69 cent tacos on Tues and Fridays, and so many to choose from. Plus, delicious salsas, guacamole, etc, in a convenience store.

I love the tacos especially on Tuesday. Theres alot of authentic Mexican food as well so great somewhat cheap place to eat and get simple food ingredients. Amazing place. I go there every week. It's the best. Amazing tacos I just love them so much.

Best BBQ meats ever!

Primos has been part of my life since 2008. It is a staple in our community of Vista of how to cook Mexican style. You have all the delicious produce outside, followed by the grill going strong making all the delicious taco meat. The aroma is addicting. For grilling on your own they have the best choices for carne asada and chicken that is marinated well. Continue to support this establishment.
