AT&T Store

I’ve been into this store a handful of times and the service has always been 5 stars. Even when overwhelmed they acknowledge each customer that walks in. Many stores don’t do that. Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.

Robert is really quite great to work with. This was my second experience in 2 months with him and both instances were truly enjoyable. He is a professional, he knows the business and was able to answer all my questions to help guide me towards the best solution for my needs.

I also truly appreciated how he handled juggling multiple customers during a busy time on his own. He is definitely one of the best service professionals I've seen in the last few years.

They were very knowledgeable and they went above and beyond. I highly recommend to give them a nice bonus as every store I went to they couldn't help me and they never bother to see the problem, these guys on old Grove @ at&t are the best. Thank you!👏

I came in to get a new glass protector and came out with a free new iPhone 15! Tyler helped me and was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and very patient. He offered helpful suggestions without being pushy and made me feel very comfortable asking any question. Thank you Tyler for such great service!

the most knowledgeable Phone Tech's I have ever dealt with. Extremely polite, Super helpful. Entered the store with a Samsung
A30 prepaid, that I had bought last year. I accidently had placed the SIM card in a Blue phone SIM card (Plastic SIM card installment device). The A30 ( if you went to About Phone in the settings) and selected SIM card Status. All the fields had no data. The guys figured out that the plastic SIM holder was to short and did not slide in enough to read the SIM.
Excellent troubleshooting. I am an E.T. by career and appreciated
their Fortitude.

After hours at home trying to resolve several problems with AT&T online techs, my nephew and I finally went into this Oceanside store to speak face-to-face to a service rep! What a relief when Robert took our case. He is very well-suited to his job! Without going into much personal detail, suffice it to say that Robert handled every hurdle with patience, professionalism, and purpose! After 2 hours on one day and 3 hours on Labor Day, each problem was addressed step-by-step until everything was resolved, leaving 2 very satisfied customers!

The duo is amazing! They work on each customer's issues almost simultaneously!

Whenever a customer was on a phone-hold from an AT&T off-site problem-solver, choosing a new phone, talking to out-of-state shipping vendors, or paying their phone bill, these 2 guys would carry around an electronic service tablet for each customer, respectively!

They switched from tablet to tablet to move each process toward resolution without confusion!

Each customer felt like they were the only customer being serviced. It was a pleasure to watch how they kept their focus to move each process along expertly, switching back 'n forth from customer to customer! Kudos to them! They are an asset to AT&T!

I have been coming here for years. I love that every time I come I always get speedy amazing service that is always satisfying. Whether it’s buying accessories and if there is a problem they fix or helping me with any issues related to att. They are always on point. Thank you Robert and Moses for always being a great people and making my life a little easier as a parent. You guys rock!!

If you ever need help go to Moises he will do whatever he can to help you out! I had a great experience with him and I’m sure coming back to him if I have any questions. He is a team leader.

Credit where credit's due. In a new world of mediocre customer service, it's always nice to come across people the actually care about the customer.

When I needed help replacing a phone that I broke I was happy to meet GM Robert Condon. He explained ALL options with clarity and made sure I understood exactly each avenue available. I'm happy to stay with At&t just for the experience I had with Robert today.

Came in to get a new phone & exchange. Tyler who helped me was very helpful and answered all my questions I had. Also explain to me everything. I also had to come back to fix my Apple Watch because it wasn’t connecting to my new phone but he took his time to help me and was very patience with me and with all the process. I honestly never meet anyone who was very nice and very good at his job. It was a very great experience.

The representatives are all great and passionate in dealing with bunch of people waiting, especially Xavier. All my needs pertaining to a new phone was met. All thumbs up!!👍

Store manager and district manager both helped me call and get credits for billing issues that have been going on for months

Switched from T-Mobile. Went in expecting it to take hours, was surprisingly quick and easy. Tyler was awesome.

Tyler was a great help when I came by! Helped me switch over my phone plan and got me some great deals!! He’s super friendly and likes to converse while waiting for stuff to process. 100% recommend coming here and talking with him!

Xavier was Extremely helpful to be. He respectfully took his time with me in making sure all my queries were answered AND understood. I’d give him TEN platinum ⭐

People that work there are very understanding and they listen to your concerns

It takes a lot for me to write a review. But considering this situation, I will. These guys are legit and so cool. Mellow, helpful, kind, and the list could go on. They took me last minute before closing and of course, I had 500 questions because I know nothing about phones (dumb person asking smart phone questions!). Mind you, these are huge purchases and consumers should feel fully comfortable with the sales team. Tyler in particular made me feel so comfortable and he's very mellow and confident. No crazy up sale, he actually told me about the promotion they were having which saved me some money. I will not go anywhere else. I know it sounds sketchy that they are "authorized dealers" but I would go there any day over waiting in line for an hour at the ATT Store!!! Easy!!!
