I would never rent a bike from this place. They gave us a defective bike and the tire went flat. We told the guy when we rented it the back tire looked low. He said it was fine. I was stranded about two miles out and had to walk the bike back with a flat tire. Not fun, then he wouldn’t refund the rental fee. So our bike ride was ruined that we paid for two hours and didn’t get to enjoy riding the bikes. He doesn’t have a very good business practice. Will never go there again.

Do not rent from this place! I’m only giving one star because I can’t give no stars! We rented rollerblades for two hours. One skate broke in the first 30 minutes and had to walk back 14 blocks in 90 degree heat with no shoes to return them. They would not give any money back and said that we “chose the skate and agreed to that skate”! Are you kidding me? They gave us a skate that broke and would not discount us at all! And we only had the skates for an hour. Total rip off! I will never rent from there again. There are lots of other places… Go somewhere else… Trust me!

Ride fee for being 10 mins late. when he only gave us 40 mins to ride the family Bike through out the boardwalk and the bike was very old and hard to paddle. This place is the worst store i have been to in Virginia Beach. We came all the way from Ny and this man tried to ruin our night. We gave him the money because he wouldn’t give me back my license and started cursing at us because i didn’t think i had to pay him a full ride when we were only 10mins late.

Had a very bad experience Owner was very disrespectful and gave us terrible bikes and expired food and drinks
