Went in to upgrade my wife’s iPhone and Apple Watch. i met with Alfonso, one of the stores sales representatives. He took the time to show me the phone and watch my wife told me she wanted. i returned the following week and Alfonso was taking care of another customer. Tayla greeted us and checked us in. The store manager, Sebastian took great care of the upgrade for us in a timely manner. The store is very clean. The atmosphere is very pleasant. And my wife’s new devices were setup and working before we left the store. This store location exceeded my expectations and will recommend to everyone to go here. Thank you for the best service!

I recently encountered an unusual issue after purchasing an iPhone from the Deland location. (For those interested in that experience, I've left a review for that store. A special shout-out to Mr. Stephen McDuffy.) Despite the positive purchase experience, I ran into problems activating my phone, which frustratingly remained in SOS mode. Multiple over-the-phone attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful, leading me to visit the store for a new eSIM QR code. Unfortunately, the Deland store was out of stock but directed me to the Orange City location – a suggestion that turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Marcus, the store manager, who appears to have instituted an impressively efficient system at the branch. After Marcus swiftly checked me in, I had the opportunity to observe the store's other associates artfully and patiently assisting a diverse range of customers. Their professionalism and genuine care were evident.

When my turn came, Marcus personally attended to my issue. He took the time to sit with me, intently listening as I recounted my challenges, never once interrupting or showing impatience. With reassuring confidence, he promised a resolution. While the optimism was comforting, it was his expertise that genuinely instilled faith.

Despite multiple SIM and device swaps, the challenge persisted. Not one to be deterred, Marcus escalated my case to Ryan, a knowledgeable Tier 2 support professional. Together, they deduced that the system was erroneously refreshing my old IMEI number, thereby blocking the new one. Once addressed, my iPhone sprang to life.

Remarkably, this entire ordeal spanned nearly two hours. Throughout, Marcus remained unflinchingly calm, courteous, and committed to helping me. His resilience in the face of such a perplexing issue was nothing short of commendable.

I am deeply grateful to Marcus for not only resolving the problem but for the patience, kindness, and dedication he displayed. Many thanks, Marcus, for your exemplary service!

I upgraded my phone at ATT on enterprise in orange city. My rep was Jessica, super knowledgeable! Very patient with all my questions and showed me all they had to offer with phones and watches. She was very with it, she knew promotions and deals that would fit my needs. Great experience 🫶🏾

The service that Lenny provided to my daughter and I was superb. We came in to inquire about upgrades. We had a lot of questions and he had a lot of knowledge. Lenny was very patient, friendly and courteous. He went above and beyond to help us get everything set up for us. Two other staff members also shared their knowledge very willingly. The environment was very welcoming and I felt there was great teamwork amongst the 4 staff members working on a Sunday afternoon.

I messed up my phone really bad, so bad my phone kept random dialing and speaking out loud. I came to this store at 7:30 pm after I waited for 2 hours at the store in Deland only to be told to come to the store in Orange City. Long story short, Lenny saved the day. It was late and there were many people who were still there. But Lenny knew what the problem was and solved it. If you ever need help, please go see Lenny at this store. I am forever grateful he fixed my phone.

I have gone to this location on 3 separate occasions in the past 2 months: a phone upgrade, a plan upgrade and a billing issue. All three times I was assisted by Trinity. She provided excellent service, assistance and feedback on all occasions. Questions were fully answered; options were explained completely; issues, if any, were resolved on-site expediently. She was personable, knowledgeable about products and services. I never felt uncomfortable, never pressured into something I didn't want (or need), was never hurried, always treated professionally and sincerely, and she took whatever time was necessary to complete what was requested without need for additional follow up or visits on my part.

I called prior to arriving to see if my needs could be met. I just needed a SIM for a phone I had picked up recently. I appreciated the store setup with glass separating the rep and myself. I also noticed that all employees wore their masks regardless of the social distancing. There were wipes and hand sanitizer located at different areas. I felt safe. The rep handled my issue, Made appropriate small talk while waiting for computer to process requests. He introduced me to some product lines that I didn’t have need of. I was in and out quickly with my need covered. I couldn’t see any room for improvement at this time and would recommend this location. Elvin was his name and I found out he was the manager as well.

I’d like to include a recent visit experience. I was happy to say the curbside assistance was amazing. I hadn’t scheduled but called while in the parking lot and Manuel came out, kept his distance with mask on and listened to my needs. Came out with the products I requested and handled the whole transaction outside. I found this was perfect scenario given my health concerns.
