Publix Super Market at Crown Centre

Great customer service very clean and organized store. Love the open floor plan not crowded like most Publix great atmosphere Deli associates were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Super nice front end staff was also very nice. Definitely would love to come to this public more often.

Peggie at the deli was so kind and attentive! My friend and I came in from Orlando while visiting Blue Spring State Park and we got delicious subs at the deli here. This lady was so patient with our requests and made polite conversation with us. It made our day! Thank you for your exceptional customer service! Give Peggie a raise 💗

It's a great place with moderately decent prices on their items. All the employees always seem very happy. And the way they keep all their shelves meet and clean is what makes me going back.

Also I'm sorry but for some reason it auto changed my location to orange city when this Publix was in Deltona on howland blvd

I always expect to be treated with kindness when I come but Tiana at the Deli was a great way to be taken care of on the first day of 2024! Happy New Year!

We just ordered a graduation cake and cupcakes, sandwich tray and fruit tray from Publix. Everything was absolutely delicious! The cake was beautiful, my guests actually raved about how delicious the fruit was. I love supporting independent bakers, but nothing wrong with also supporting your super markets. Steve at the liquor store rocks. A week ago I asked if they stocked 2 liter diet tonic water just out of curiosity.
Today he literally remembered my question and told me he had some stocked. Such great customer service. Thanks Steve!

Excellent customer service / care, very clean throughout store, always well shocked shelves, wife says the pharmacy is the best around, all of the employees are always awesome! ( Publix always rocks ).

Publix markets have an excellent product selection, friendly staff, clean restrooms, good prices, and always someone to bag my groceries. Love the fresh suns, great fried chicken, and a variety of fresh takeout meals. You can order online to have your subs or deli order waiting for you, or your entire food order if you like. Can't be beat.

This grocery store is very clean. I can always find whatever I need and if I cannot, there is always an employee nearby to help me out. Their employees are very courteous and they seem to enjoy their jobs. It is very rare that one of them do not smile & say "hi" or ask "are you finding everything ok". They are helpful. They have a great bakery with fresh made goods, as well as a top notch deli & meat department. Their subs and fried chicken are delicious! They have a wonderful hot food assortment. This is a one stop shopping grocery store for sure. The store also has a pharmacy, and clean restrooms. The store is handicapped accessible and lots of parking available.

Came in to grab subs bc I didn’t feel like cooking. It was about an hour or so til closing, walked up to the deli station for subs and 2 female employees were there just chatting while making a sandwich for self. Neither acknowledged me at all. A young man (Ethan) came around the corner and immediately asked if I had been helped to which I replied no. They were already cleaning the stations but he happily started my order on a different area where no toppings were as the females kept just chatting taking up space. He had to go cut meat for my subs so I grabbed other things near by that I needed. There was another older but young still guy who came and he too immediately noticed me and asked if I needed help to which I told him I had been helped. Ethan was very pleasant, patient and kind during the entire encounter. I also picked up on a little convo between Ethan and the other guy, he was encouraging Ethan to keep working hard and never mind what people say or think of him etc. It was nice to see such comradery between employees. I’m glad it was Ethan who served me. He prepared my subs beyond perfection!

Fantastic selection, knowledgeable staff that takes you to the item if you ask where something is located, and a super-clean store. Other than BOGO weekly specials, it’s more expensive than other grocers in the area, but it’s an upscale experience if that’s what you prefer. Personally, I go there 1) for BOGOs, and 2) when I need a specialty item that I can’t find anywhere else.

Any Publix is an awesome shopping experience and maybe I'm partial to my local store but this store is welcoming and helpful all the time.
