Typically phone stores never have good customer service but not this one. Moe is the reason I stick with T-Mobile. He is the most helpful person I have ever dealt with when it comes to phone service. He cares, he is helpful and thinks of the best outcome that best serves you.

Wow! What great service. My sales person did an outstand job. He made sure my new Samsung phone was working and answered all my questions. If your getting a new phone.. this is the place to go!

But be aware you may wait a little while! I just caught it at the right time.. lol

I was referred to another store and it was the second one that I went to where the customer service was horrible and two of the gentleman did not even know how to program my phone. When I found out there was one on A1A and eau gallie I went there and they were great… They are not a corporate store, but they should be a flagship

The Indian Harbor store is great, Moe and Sean take especially good care of you.
I visited the store on Merritt Island and they were awful. 5 staff members and no one really wanted to take care of you. One of them even told me to go to another store, which I absolutely did.

Great experience , Giselle and chase helped me with all my concerns,got my upgrade and a better rate plan for less!

Starting off I feel a warm welcome walking through the door being greeted. And then the staff is very professional and sweet. I got an iphone 13 pro max and even though I just come in to pick up my screen protectors they are eager to put it on for me and to wish me a great rest of my day. 10/10 would recommend. Service was extraordinary....All employees were super friendly and very helpful. We were fortunate enough to have Robben assist us. He's an assistant manager. He help us and I was very grateful for all his help. He was very patient with us and explained everything and also saved us money! Any problems or needs I will be coming back to see him. Very great experience!

Absolutely amazing!! Walner was such a help getting my internet purchased & set up. I have been in b4 & Michael helped me. This store knows what’s going on. They know the products, how they work & how to set them up. Always a pleasure. Today I met Winnye the store manager she is nice. She runs a great store. You won’t be disappointed going to this location

I came here to ask about an upgrade and was helped by Mathew who was patient and kind and so sweet. His team noticed my 6 year old daughter was bored and so and gave her some fun sunglasses and floatie which made her so happy! Employees were super friendly and fun which made our experience amazing! The woman ( I think Lauren)working that day kept my daughter entertained as Matthew helped me get the best deal I could on my new phone! I highly recommend .. staff is so friendly and Matt was simply amazing!!! I will always come back to this location ❤

The best customer service! Matt, Leiddy (sorry if I misspelled), and Lauren were fantastic. We had such a great time with them while we waited for a transfer from one phone to another. Absolutely amazing at their jobs, and wonderful people in general!

I had a huge problem getting Tmobile/Assurant to replace my phone that was covered under their "coverage". Because of an error in their systems, I was without a phone for weeks. Robinn (hope I spelled it right) is probably the only reason I am still a customer and not a litigant. He is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable with the workings of Tmobile/Sprint and went above and beyond to help me. This is the guy that has the know-how and attitude to run the company. Get this man a raise or something.

Moved here and my Verizon coverage beachside was no good. After 10 years with that company they wouldn't even give me a signal booster. So after researching, I called this store and got Eric. Literally the best customer service from a carrier I've ever received. Came down to the store and he had me switched over in under 15 minutes! Better signal, more data for half the price ! So happy that this will be my local store. If you are thinking of making the switch too? Ask for Eric. Seamless, easy and fast process. Thank you!

Dan was so knowledgeable with technical support , that I switched from another carrier that I had been with for over 20 years. He always knows what to do, and is happy to help!

Jessie was helpful in finding a better phone and plan for me. He made the process of switching phones as easy as possible for me, and was patient in the process.

Please read this entire review. We recently purchased three new phones over the course of the last 2 months. The service that eric, Derek and Matt provides is beyond exceptional. We were old Sprint customers that almost gave up on ever hoping to find any level of expertise , or reasonable customer service, as switching to new phones can often be beyond frustrating. This team is on another level at this location. Eric, Derek, and Matt are experts in the field an exhibit a level of customer service it is very hard to find now. Especially Matt he is hyper intelligent just as Derek and Eric but the level of service that they provided will definitely Ensure my family will never shop elsewhere for phones accessories anywhere else thank you Matt

Amazingly, Kerollos and Melissa were able to find a solution to my phone and home internet after everyone said it was not possible. Best experience I ever had!
