This is not a Shell station!

Cashier was very helpful and polite

Used to come here all the time for the fuel rewards shell offered but now I'm being told it's no longer a shell station even though the sign is still up. They had affordable gas as shell but without the reward, they don't in have much to offer. Only 4 pumps, extremely small parking area, people stay at the pumps while they shop which is super frustrating when you are trying to get to work and there's only 4 pumps. Only dealt with it for the savings

Absolutely horrible customer service. Employee outside smoking cigarette while 3 customer are inside. Zero greeting. Then on the phone while ringing out customers. I told her the shell app is not working at the pump she initially ignored me. So I told her again. She said we are not shell. We are becoming Circle K. The whole gas station is wrapped in shell signage. I only put Shell in my truck. I am so disappointed. Store is dirty.

Employee stated both bathrooms were closed. Both bathrooms. If there is no place for an employee to use the restroom safely, there is no reason for this establishment to remain open. Not to mention how grimy and dirty the place looks to begin with.
I will never return to this gas station.

It's bad when the employees deter someone from applying, also it doesn't look good on the the Manager or the Market Manager when your overnight employee doesn't know if the store is franchise or corporate. Because you all have a market manager that's how I know that you all are corporate. Guess this store doesn't say take it easy, sad I like the motto.

Been out of Premium for over a week. Also think my Debit Card got scammed here last time. Would not recommend.
