Internet and copies all convenient and up to date with software. Friendly and patient customer service during package shipping, especially when helping with returns. Although a bit understaffed, all technical questions answered and assistance with individual needs explained well. Thank you for help today!

I had to print an important document but recently got a new phone, which was not letting me download my document due to passwords not being accepted... Annie was a great help!! She patiently helped me get download and printed the documents I needed! ***** Excellent customer service!!

Lost my cat Christina and Emily helped design and laminate posters for a reasonable price. They came thru for me in a difficult time. Cat is microchipped hope he is found soon. His name is Finnigan. 13 lbs no tail just a stub. Solid white.
Lost about mile from staples in Lake in woods near stack blvd. Thanks again to staples. They always come thru. He was found February 12 because a kind man called after sering Finnigan a few days early in the morning.

I have shopped at this store for over 10 years. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful--I feel I get personal service.

I have taken several books to the copy center to get converted to spiral bound, and they've done an excellent job. A couple of the books had very narrow margins, but none of the text was chopped off--the work was done with precision.
I highly recommend this store.

If you have design and/or printing needs, this is definitely the place to go. They designed and produced our CD covers in record time and the end product is BEAUTIFUL! Emily is an absolute star..... she followed up with telephone calls and emails through the entire process until the end with very prompt responses. I highly recommend Staples for printing and design services. Exceptional customer service from Emily made ours an overall really positive experience. EXCELLENT PRINT SHOP SUPER EMPLOYEES

We used the Staples print shop for campaign flyers on three occasions this month. They really do good work and their copies are sharp. Pick up is same day or next day so no long waits. Special thanks to Kelly, Emily, and Cristina for all of their help and superior knowledge. They work hard to please the customer. My flyers were perfect! If i don't get re-elected I will be back next year for more. :)

Always enjoy coming to this staples as it has much better service than tbe others in tbe area. Wonderful employees who always go the extra mile to help. Always do a wonderful job with my print orders as well, and normally faster than expected. Store is always clean as well

Eric Walchli met us at the door. He showed us printers and helped us decide what we actually needed, instead of just trying to sell us something more than we needed. He was very honest and very helpful, very knowledgeable and very thorough in his assistance. Thanks to Eric, we ended up getting a printer very similar to what we have now, an inkjet and not a laser, and we were able to go down the road and buy it for $10 cheaper than BJ's. I think Eric knew we might be doing that and still did not hesitate in assisting us with all of our questions and concerns. Eric expressed some limitations to Laser Printers that I bet most people aren't aware of and may keep them from buying a laser printer. I wholeheartedly thank and recommend Eric to Staples customers - he is the kind of customer service professional that you want handling your technological needs

Justin in the printing department helped me out with everything I needed. He thoroughly explained the pricing and printing options, printed me a sample, and when I didn't like it, found a better option of paper. He was patient even though I had no idea what I wanted and there where several other customers to be waited on. He took care of eveyone, myself included, with a smile. Thanks Justin!

Staples is the best place in my opinion for electronics, I've purchased quite a few pc's, laptops, etc. there, Babcock and Palm Bay Rd. Staff members are always helpful and take their time answering questions and making suggestions.

The print shop is wonderful! My prints always turn out great and the people working there are always so kind and helpful.
