AT&T Store

my rep was very excited and happy to help with my concerns and resolved every issue. He was very knowledgeable and it took no time at all to fix what I need and I was out the door. Very impressed! And he's so nice and funny 😄

I have been with AT&T for 24 years and have never experienced the gold star service I received at this store. I was recently in Florida visiting my father and went to this AT&T store to add my father on my mobile plan. I also was looking for a phone that was easy for him to operate. Damon greeted us at the door and quickly began to work on the best phone for my father. He was professional, kind, attentive, and patient. I left to take my father home and returned to complete the process. Switching from my father's carrier to AT&T was more complicated than I expected, but Damon was a God send. I started feeling frustrated and Damon remained patient and encouraged me to stay the course. After several hours, we were able to get my father on my plan and a phone that he loves. Damon's kindness and EXCELLENT customer service made a lifelong impression on me and my father. He went above and beyond for us and remained so kind and patient. I was very impressed. I will forever be grateful for all Damon did for us. He made an extremely stressful situation a great experience. It was an honor to meet this young man and so thankful for ALL he did. AT&T has a genuine jewel of an employee. Many blessing to Damon!!!!

I just love my new iPhone 15, I am so excited to have signal all over town as my last carrier didn’t work anywhere I was locally. Steve was my rep and he was great! Got everything switched over quickly and just love the new case as well! I highly recommend asking for him.

Everytime I go here the staff is extremely helpful and easy to talk to. Eric was awesome and worked really hard to fix my issue. Great worker and great personality. Interactions like this make me happy to visit this location.

Cant enough great things about this store and its customer service! Damon was absolutely great from start to finish in guiding us on what was a good phone for us, he explained all of our options and made sure we got the best deal for our needs. Andy the manager stepped in to answer some of my questions and concerns with ease and thoughtfulness. They both felt like old friends by the time I left the store. I'll have to go back just to say "hello".

My sons and I went to the ATT store to have our new phones activated and information switched. We were fortunate to have ERIC take care of us and when I say take care of us that's exactly what he did. The customer service experience ERIC provided was top teir. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, professional, efficient, friendly and answered all our questions. Eric went above and beyond to take care of us. He interacted with my sons and made them feel like valued customers as well. He made sure we had everything we needed before we left and provided excellent recommendations. Helpful with any phone issues. Recommend this store for swrvice or anything. Galaxy is my fav type of phone for sure. The 24 is awesome

Love these guys !! They always fix my phone when something goes wrong. Best place for service award. My problems are operator malfunction. Not the phone! Lol

So I've been with Metro for over 20 years and I've just totally had it with them.
I walked into the store and I was in and out within 35 minutes and they took care of everything transferred my phones and now I have awesome service.
I am so sick of Metro I will never ever ever ever go back.

This ATT I love the worker are nice ; kind very polite and their is not long line they plenty of worker to attend to the customers going in you be in few until other phone store wait time could three hours sometimes so like this

Worked great have been here thousands of times and enjoed the employes hospitality.I was able to set up my laptop and get a phone for a efordable price.

No complaints at all, I was helped by Nick and was immediately helped even though it was only maybe 20 minutes before closing, I had fallen down the stairs and broken my phone, called off my wife's to the store ahead of time to see if they could help seeing it was last minute before closing. I got there and Nick helped me immediately and was in and out with a very happy result within maybe 15 minutes at the most. Very polite, very helpful.

If you want a great customer service place this is it. I don't even know where to begin To tell you just how magnificent of a place this is. I had the best customer service and dealt with the most amazing manager I've ever come across. Gena greeted me as I walked in and I had ask for the manager she immediately got him and they both listen to my problems and fixed everything I had issues with. Gena was so understanding and so wonderful and the Manager, he was the nicest and most efficient with me. These two people know how to treat a customer with such compassion. I will always come here. Thank you both for your generous help 😊.

Randy and his crew were absolutely amazing. I haven’t had that good of customer service anywhere else. I mean, truly, I felt like I knew the crew! Randy was so personable and fun, it made the whole process so easy. For how busy they were, they managed to prioritize everyone accordingly and overall I’d say I feel completely taken care of. I’ve never had the newest iPhone but today I’m leaving feeling brand new! If I could rate this staff 10/5 stars, I would. Thank you!! 😊

Came to this store yesterday to possibly switch after 20 years with a competitor. Erik was amazing. Patient, personable, knowledgeable and funny! He gave options without being pushy and explained everything during every step. He even helped me try to pair my Apple Watch to my new phone! We were there for 2 hours and he never once made us feel like we were taking up his time. We walked in to possibly switch our cell phone service and walked out will new cell phones, internet and Direct TV Steam all while saving approx $100/month!! Erik is an absolute asset to AT&T and truly was a pleasure to work with!

Eric at the ATT store at 4345 Norfolk parkway off Palm Bay road was absolutely AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable and put us at ease when switching phones. It was nice to finally have someone who knew so much about the products and services! Highly recommended!

Manny is amazing. I’ve worked with him to add a new line for my sister and get her an iPhone. Then another line for my partner and new phone. He is patient, explains everything clearly, and So very helpful. This location is clean, quiet and while at the store everyone was attended to promptly as they came through the door.
