The UPS Store

Incredibly helpful. I had a lot of boxes and a lot of shipping addresses. They were very patient with me and knowledgeable about the most efficient and cost-effective way for me to get everything done.

I've shipped and printed at this UPS store location multiple times and have had a great experience each time. Most recently, the Store Manager Jonathan went above and beyond to assist me with a large print job that needed done right before store close. He stayed past close and made sure each print was great. Very friendly and hardworking team at this UPS location!

Just had the most seamless experience returning my Amazon purchases at the UPS store! 👏🎉 Their staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They handled my returns with utmost care and efficiency, making sure everything was properly packaged and labeled. I was in and out in no time! If you are going to use a UPS store make sure that you use this one. I contacted Kim to help me find a lost package that had nothing do with her store at all. She went through all her resources to help me out. She way beyond what she needed to do and even reached back out with more information to help me out. Customer service like she provided is rarely seen anymore. Fantastic job, I will go out of my way to use this store in the future.

Kim and team went above and beyond to help me with my auction shipping needs. Items were packaged very well and the process was handled quickly. I will definitely use again if I have anything in the area. Much appreciated.

They are always helpful at this store even when things are crazy during the holidays.

If there's one thing I'm terrible at, it's following directions. I walked into this location with 4 different Amazon returns, requiring 3 separate packages, labels, and instructions on how to return each package. Complicated right? Mark was extremely helpful, and we knocked this seemingly daunting task out in no time! Everyone working at the store had a smile on their face and were very helpful. In a world of terrible service and rude people, this location stands one- step above the rest. Thank you!

There was a glitch in finding my missing package, it turned out the sender didn't put my box number correctly. Needless to say, Mark, the owner was very helpful and trying to solve the problem asap. They found my package in time for Mother's day.

Efficient process and polite employees

Had some stuff to take care of today and Mark was very helpful and took care of everything perfectly.

I have used this store to return textbook rentals. I show up with the paper work and the box not even taped shut. They take it, tape, print a recipe and it is out the door. I have not had a single issue. I just wish they were open earlier and open Sunday.

Always personable and professional. Kim is always super nice and willing to help.

Very fast professional service. A little expensive for a notary, but all services are efficiently provided.
