I mistakingly thought my prescription was sent to this Olio location when in actuality it was sent to the Pendleton location. I live in Pendleton but prefer this location because they are always so quick and professional. Instead of making me drive back to the Pendleton CVS, they filled my prescription here. Many times the Pendleton location will not have the medication and it will take longer. The Olio CVS Pharmacy staff were beyond accommodating and kind. They didn’t have to help me, it honestly created more work for them, but it saved me and my children so much time. They fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes! The staff, manager, and pharmacist went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend this location more!

I wanted to make sure to say thank you to Anna, the pharmacist, at this CVS. I was there from out of town and she not only took a call from my local pharmacist to get important meds to me, but also took the time to talk to my insurance company to make sure they approved the meds. She was a life-saver for me and I would highly recommend her and her pharmacy staff! Thank you for helping me be able to enjoy my time with family by ensuring I got the meds I needed.

I received my COVID-19 vaccine from here. The staff is professional. Great health clinic. The store has a decent selection. Also, very clean and organized.

Classic CVS with drive through pharmacy. Nothing detracting

The past two times I've come in here for photo processing, I've either been given the run around, despite having a ready for pickup or been treated poorly. It's not hard to be nice to customers even if your don't feel like being friendly!

I've never had a quick experience with the drive thru pharmacy here no matter what time of day or day of the week, which really detracts from the idea of a a drive thru pharmacy.

Went there to do an outside job and was greeted with hostility and just pure hatefulness by the assistant store manager. the way he acted and spoke was unnecessary. Jim definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service. do better. be nice.

CVS pharmacy thinks we’re in Spain. They close for a siesta from 1:30 to 2. How nice

I gave this store 1star because I could not do zero. I got to the pharmacy at 6:02 after going to urgent care for serious bacterial infection and chronic, unrelenting cough. There were at least 5 people behind the counter and they would not fill the scripts. They told me I could drive to Greenfield or Indianapolis or pick up scripts in the morning. Left suffering and in pain. I will not be going back which I’m sure doesn’t bother anybody on that pharmacy.

I'd give this location a 0 if I could. Employees very rude!!!! told us to use self checkout instead of ringing us up they weren't even busy. They need to hire employees with some initiative to work instead of being so lazy! Will not be shopping at location again

This is the third time one of my children ( ages 5yr and 4 months) has needed a liquid medication and the pharmacy did not provide a syringe. Thus, requiring us to have an extra trip back to the pharmacy in order to get one. Anyone with a sick kid knows the last thing we want to do is have to reload a sick crying baby/kid back in the car and cold after we’ve gotten home to get something that is essential for them to get better.
