Kroger Marketplace

Too many people have given negative reviews complaining about things that are universal wherever you shop - higher prices, occasional poor quality produce, low stock on common, in-demand items, items moved from one aisle to another, etc. I shop here often when visiting family in the area, and I have never once had a problem. Employees are courteous and polite, prices are competitive and the shelves here are usually well-stocked (which cannot be said of a well-known supermarket from where I live and shop where MANY empty shelves and a lack of needed items is commonplace), it’s clean and organized, store clerks are around to ask if you can’t find something, and the produce, meat, and deli sections are all great and have a wide variety of selections! I wish there was a Kroger like this one where I live in Grand Rapids, MI. I wish those people who are complaining could shop up north for a while to see how good they truly have it here at Kroger.

I love this store. Standard grocery store with things like toys and clothes. It's like a mini Meijer.

The recent highlight is seeing 50 Cent (the musician) going to be there to sign his branded bottles. Good job man, an appearance at a grocery store.
To be fair if I got shot a bunch I would come to this one instead of the Walmart on Pendleton Pike too.

Very large store with anything you need. Has a pharmacy, a health clinic, a gas station, a fresh/local food section, a good selection of toys and clothing, and obviously lots of food because that is the main purpose. Staff is helpful when you need to find something, which is likely to happen because the store is large. But they have a directory hanging from the ceiling, so that helps.

I submitted photos of interesting items I saw in the store, such as diamond ice cubes, cool looking plates, and an unusual type of tomatoes, as well as some other typical grocery store photos.

Thanks so much for the 14 dozen glazed doughnuts! I picked them up, and they were still warm in the boxes 😋. Everyone loved them.

My first time using pick up option and it took me to this Kroger from the usual 116Olio. Kind staff though! Thanks for dealing with me, on a rainy day.

I love Kroger but, however, to be honest, hello?? It's time to open at at least 6am for the early birds. Come on now.

Service here is always great, but today Maria in floral went above and beyond. She helped me put together an amazingly beautiful flower arrangement for my mother's birthday today! Exceptional service! Thank you!!

It was noon on the Friday before Christmas and everyone decided to take off work, including myself, and go shopping. Kroger was prepared with at least 7-8 checkout lanes. Thank you, Kroger!

This Kroger Store is Amazing!!! Very clean, organized and the food quality is top of the line! My only concern has nothing to do with this location but instead with corporate and why this location in Fishers & also Carmel have a much higher food quality than those in the inner city of Indianapolis? Things need to change

While I was in line to checkout the lady in front of me was visibly shaking and leaning on her cart. I asked if she was not feeling well and she said she wasn't. The cashier in the line next to mine and my cashier noticed and took the customer to sit down and they got her water. They were so kind. The cashier asked if it was ok if she checked her out and I said "Of course ". It was a long wait but no one complained. It restored my faith in people and I especially want to thank all of the essential workers in our grocery stores!

One of our favorite grocery stores! It's clean, the attendants are always helpful and friendly, the store is easy to navigate, and the produce is fresh (which is a major plus!) The prices are great as well, and I love the rewards card, as it always helps us to save money on our necessities and fuel.

The customer service is outstanding. Clinton and I have been talking for about a year or longer now about me finishing law school and taking the bar exam. Today I went through his line and let him know I passed the bar exam, and he was just so happy for me. I appreciate the support and encouragement he has given me.

Good store, well stocked easy shopping but busy on Saturdays so it's best to shop on weekdays.

This review is specifically for DELISA in the meat department at Kroger on Olio Road. She is probably the nicest person I have talked to in many months!! She is always friendly, helpful and so happy…to EVERYONE!!! It is such a pleasure to shop there and go to the meat department and to have the opportunity to see and talk with her!! Kroger is VERY LUCKY TO HAVE HER!! Thank you Delisa, for being the kind, happy, helpful person that you are. See you soon!!

Variety, friendly, helpful staff (USUALLY a sign of good management), well - stocked shelves and items available that one wouldn't think are needed until in the midst of shopping result in a great shopping experience. Non - food items are of decent quality and mean trip to another store for like items may be unneeded. While not a super store per se, enough is in good supply to mean traipsing back and forth, back and forth in super store hell can be avoided, at least for one day. Sushi daily made, Starbucks, and freshly made gourmet popcorn of many flavors are among the wonderful extras offered here. Take a trip and enjoy!

You need to hire more people like Sabrina Rush/ pizza shop with very positive and very porfessional attitude. Sabrina made you /Kroger shine and bring more business to your store. Excellent service and Excellent customer service. Store manager, please acknowledge her and use her for training. AWESOME.

This Kroger was recently built to replace the old and small Kroger store. This new store is absolutely fabulous.

Great selection of products and an absolutely great layout featuring "split" aisles that keep you from having to walk the depth of the store to get to another aisle.

The store also features an expanded pharmacy, clothing, and home goods.

Curbside pickup of groceries is available at this location.

They have a great selection when visited, the parking lot is a little problematic though.

This place is much better than the old store. It's very busy which is understandable. It's the only store on this side of town. Always clean. I will say that with the new buy online and pick up service it can be hard to get aroumd. But when it comes to shopping for food, this Kroger is the easiest and best experience.

I was at the meat counter today about 2pm. I didn’t catch her name, but a tall thin lady helped me. I shared with her that I wanted to add fish to my diet and that I have never really loved any seafood. She helped me pick 2 pieces and told me exactly how to cook them! She even offered me some seasoning for my salmon (chipotle raspberry which sounds delicious!) I greatly appreciate her help. She was very kind. She definitely went above and beyond!
