AT&T Store

My name is Koralee Dillard. l am a frequent customer at Hattar Wireless store. I have purchased 2 cellphones here. I want to leave a message for your employee, Nathan. Every time l come into the store with a question or problem with my Android, Nathan is very professional and knowledgeable in his explanation of the problem. Nathan is also patient when l ask him to explain the problem again. Nathan is very courteous with his customers. Being a senior citizen and not used to using a cellphone, Nathan is always encouraging, which makes me feel better and willing to use my cellphone more. In closing, l would like to say that Nathan is an asset to Hattar's Wireless store. The residents of Fishers are fortunate to have Nathan work there.

I came in needing help in securing my 13 year old daughter’s iPhone. Olivia was very very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back to this location anytime I need service.

Logan has been the most helpful A T n T rep I have ever worked with. . He is very interested in helping his customers. I definitely think he is a great person to represent your company.

I just had to express my deepest gratitude for the amazing service provided to me at AT &T by a wonderful service associate Arianna. I usually dread going to wireless provider stores because it is stressful and takes up so much time. Ari was AMAZING. She is a superb associate at AT and T that was most knowledge, and fast and hilarious and made the encounter so much fun, enjoyable and painless. She was amazing and I plan to return to her services for any further needs of mine in the future. Ari and that AT and T store experience was so uplifting and of course love the new iPhone. Thank you so much Ari you are superb at your service.

Ari was amazing! Her customer service is phenomenal! She went above and beyond for my nephew and I. We came in very close to closing time and she stayed to help us out so that I could receive new service along with a new phone. She even told my nephew that he could get a discount through his job to save money, he had no idea! Definitely recommend Ari!

Ari was such a joy to work with! If I could give her 10 stars, I would! She worked with me and for me, and was not pushy at all, which I admire and love in a salesperson. Even my time watching her interact with other customers was a joy. She is very personable and kind. I hope to work with her on any trip to ATT!

Amazing experience today with Ari! She helped my wife choose a new phone, helped us get all the data transferred to the new phone and helped me with a plan for my Apple Watch. Will go to this location going forward for all our witless needs!

I destroyed my phone right before an out of town trip. I called the store and Arianna told me to come right in. She immediately set me up with a new phone and made sure before I left that everything was working perfectly I must say I'm technology challenged.

She was kind and patient and her customer service was outstanding. It takes time to set up a new phone and I never felt like I was an imposition. Thank you, Arianna. You made my day! And...she suggested a phone that fit my needs exactly. That was another plus!

Update: Ari,
A few months ago I came in with my 126 GB galaxy ultra that I was screwed into by Blake @ ATT ON MERCANTILE.
You prepped me for war to get a new phone letting me know it would not be easy.
2 and a half hours on the phone with corporate and I was able to get the 512 GB ultra, EQUIVALENT TO THE PHONE I ORIGINALLY TURNED IN. I no longer am struggling DAILY with this phone blake sold me.

Sean was extremely helpful, patient and kind. I had a phone that had a malfunctioning home button and he helped alleviate this issue by installing something under "accessibility" which helped me out tremendously. I went ahead and got a new phone through my insurance and he did not pressure me into buying a new more updated phone. I went back in the day after Christmas and he helped me set up my new phone which Asurion delivered on Christmas Eve, less than 24 hours after processing my claim. Once people realize this store is here and how great the service is, I am sure it will become much busier!!!

I had gone in to ask about phones and internet and was helped by Ashley! Outstanding customer service with a smile! She explained how Uverse works and got me set up with a great deal on top of that! She was very personable and friendly! So far I am extremely satisfied with my services and would highly recommend stopping in and asking for her if you need help! PS I had been a long time Verizon customer (14 years)

Aiden was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had questions about a new business account and will definitely be coming back!

All the staff were pleasant and polite, best customer service I've ever received! Jordan, Dalton, and Brandon were very knowledgeable and definitely cared about social safety. They were wearing their masks and practice good social distancing.

My visit to ATT Olio was beyond superb.
Arianna made everything run smoother then that one thing. She would brighten any dark cloud and turn a frown upside down.

Ashley is seriously the best. If you have any issue, she will go above and beyond to resolve it. We all know how frustrating it can be at times to deal with customer service when you have an issue or a question! Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable and makes resolving any issue a breeze. She is also really committed to saving people money. She really listens to your needs and your concerns. That’s hard to find today. I 100% recommend that you visit this location and ask for Ashley!
