Randy helped us find a perfect RV for our move up to Alaska with our three kitties. The process took about a month. He never rushed us, answered every question, got a great deal for an overstocked model, and even answered all our questions post-purchase. We enjoyed working with Randy and the team at Mt. Comfort. 10/10 would recommend!

While traveling through IN after just purchasing my Class C from my hometown CW in IL, the Hot water heater was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was sent to CW in Greenfield IN for the repairs and it was completely worth it! Matthew and Crystal in the service Department were very patient and so helpful with the entire repair process. They had me fixed and back on the road in a day, and they both definitely went above and beyond what my expectations were. I was really worried it would be struggle since I had purchased my unit from a different location, but they were completely fantastic and I am more than impressed. Whenever I am in Indy again, this will definitely be my go to store location for anything I need. Thank you so, so much to Matthew and Crystal for helping me through a very stressful situation. You both are Rockstars!!!

He was very knowledgeable and his insight made my wife and I confident that I was making an informed decision for the purchase of Aliner. There is no pressure if you decided to walk out the deal. Mount Comfort was great to us! We traded in our old travel trailer for a brand new one. They treated us with respect and answered all our questions. The maintenance tech thoroughly went through the entire trailer and showed us every aspect we would need. Any minor issues we had were documented. I love this place. Most honest dealership I have seen in many years. They did say I would probably only get 6 mpg with my motorcoach I bought from them, and I actually got 8.7 mpg on a 700 mile drive home. You will not find a better more honest dealership. Found a vintage RV online. Discussions via text and phone. Then Trish, our sales rep, made and sent a video walk through. Excellent communication! Started our 4.5 hour trip and got a text that it wouldn't start. THAT is service! Thank you, Trish! We went anyhow. We were welcomed upon arrival, by name! Trish showed us the camper, but it was not going to work for us. Overall, excellent experience. Great dealership!

This is our second RV that we’ve purchased from Mount Comfort and Chris Anderson. Chris makes the process seamless. His knowledge of the different motor coaches is priceless. He has always steered us in the right direction. The different options can be confusing but Chris made it easy and understandable. The whole buying experience has been great. He even coordinated our towed vehicle to get set up with the RV at the same time of delivery.

Purchasing our 2023 Intech Luna Rover at Mount Comfort RV was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone looking to buy has their own preference when it comes to the amount of attention they need from salesmen.

Ryan Summy was our salesman at Mount Comfort and he was awesome.He showed us a few specific RVs that he thought best fit our needs and budget, but then allowed us the freedom and time to wonder the entire lot comparing them all. It was a no pressure fun experience.

Management checked on us to make sure we were taken care of. We ate complimentary hotdogs and popcorn for lunch. Then got back with Ryan regarding our final decision and made a fair deal.

Financing was also a breeze. I simply told the finance guy, Paul, what I would like my monthly payment to be and what I could put down and he did all the leg work in finding a bank that could accommodate me, no sweat.

Lastly, was picking up the camper and final paperwork. All went well. The technicians educated me and the ends and outs of my new Rover. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They then introduced me to the service and parts department personnel who were also friendly and knowledgeable.

The service department informed me of the maintenance requirements for my camper and the parts department showed me items needed for my camper. Which I then purchased with the help of a free gift card.

Finally was the final loan and warranty paperwork with Megan. She was great and made the experience easy and fun as she is a fellow motorcycle nerd.

As you can see if you made it this far reading this, I would definitely recommend Mount Comfort RV. We went to a few different dealerships and Mount Comfort stood out as it was a better experience from the very beginning for us. No pressure, fun, and friendly. 5 Stars from us.

Sale Blake is very professional. I have purchased 2 campers from him and had no issues. Very professional. Paul with finance is such a professional person who looks for the best offedlrs and keeps in touch through the process. The only issue this time around was getting the purchase. 5th wheel instal and pick up together at. I made 4 trips for the entire process but some of that was my rushing the process. Of I was to ever look at upgrading again I would definitely use Mt Comfort RV.

Had a great experience, didnt feel pressured to buy that day. We got to see every kind of option that would suit our family. Very clean facility, indoor showroom and plenty of variety on the lot outside. Definitely will be making our camper purchase from this location in the next few weeks!

I started searching for an rv in New York months ago and was having no luck everything was used, overpriced or just pieces of junk. I just happened on seeing one in Indiana for a great price and brand new. I called and Randy the salesman immediately gave me all the info and said he’d call me back with a video walkthrough right now. He did, and it was amazing, just what I wanted at a reasonable price. I bought it right away. He also got me in touch with a transport guy and I had my house in no time.Randy’s been there every step of the way, any question I needed answered all I do is text him, he’s the best and I would recommend him and Mount comfort rv to everyone. It’s truly been a wonderful experience.

Went to RV show on January 7th and found a camper we were interested in. Drove to dealership and Pat Starling was a champ. Purchased our desired camper and went back for walk through where Bruce walked us through entire camper and answered all our questions.

I had another trailer deal fall through at another dealer at the last minute right before my trip and Gerry at Mount Comfort RV was able to come through and get everything ready for me at the last minute. I bought an Aliner from them and picked it up the next day. They prepared the trailer and my car as quickly as they could and took the time to walk me through how to use everything on the trailer and how to hook it to my car. It was thorough and wonderful. I was coming from DC to get it and they provided as much comfort as possible to me and my dog. Gerry was great! I cannot recommend Mount Comfort RV enough. Great people, great service!

A shout out to Neil, Paul, Andrew, Bruce and Larry for helping us with our selection of a new camper, as well as helping us with the walk through, completing the purchase and all the accessories that were needed along the way. We are even more impressed with the service that we have received after the purchase, as most time this is where folks are forgotten. We just got home from picking up our first camper!! We honestly couldn't be more happy with the service all the way from the receptionist, to sales, to finance, parts and service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. No pushy sales like another big name place I won't mention here. Mount Comfort RV has earned my business, and my loyalty. I'll gladly drive a little further for a company that made us feel like family. Javier in service did a great job with our walkthrough, and the other guys in service went above and beyond by trying to get us fixed up when we had issues with trailer light wiring on our tow vehicle. Truly the friendliest people in the RV game. Our only bad experience was getting home to realize that our spare tire cover blew off on the highway somewhere along our one hour drive home, but what's an adventure without some kind of random mishap? Five stars isn't enough, so here's an extra! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mount comfort RV is a company we would highly recommend.
We had a hit-and-run situation with our RV in Texas. After extensive search for a replacement RV, Mount Comfort RV was the only company that offered to genuinely help us. They are located in Indiana, which from Texas was an 18 hour ordeal one way and worth every mile it took to get there.
The sales department, finance department, and service department were all extremely professional and caring and far surpassed normal expectation. We would be remiss if we did not give an extra shout out to the service and tech guys that were incredibly patient and obliging to all our needs and questions and went to great lengths to ensure our total satisfaction.
