Indianapolis KOA Holiday

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff here. It is run by a group of young people who always had a smile, a sweet word, or were ready to help if needed. They brought an energy and helpful spirit in every aspect. The campground is spotless, they pick up your garbage for you, plenty of washers and dryers in the laundry room. It was too cold for the water park but the horses and goats were friendly and a nice amusing touch. The owner made me laugh out loud with his guidelines. It is a joyous place all around. David Coomer and I enjoyed it tremendously and loved our site.

Stayed just one night on the way through and it was perfect for our needs! Two families with young kids. Check-in on a weekday was easy, staff were friendly, and the kids LOVED the pool with slide and splash pad. We enjoyed the pizza that the staff delivered poolside. Only saw one main bath house, so pack a portable potty if you need one. Would recommend this as a nice location for a pass through Indiana!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin, my sister was staying in the other deluxe right next to us which was wonderful with the shared lawn. It might have been awkward to have strangers that close but with family it was fantastic. Not the cleanest cabin we've had but not gross. VERY well stocked with kitchen utensils and such. Loved the local options in the store and kids loved the pool/splash pad!

This is a very nice campground with lots of amenities and lots for kids to do. They also have pizza, wings and ice cream available that they’ll deliver to your site. Staff was awesome and the sites here are huge which is very appealing!

We have been here 3 times and if we lived closer it would be more. We have a 35 ft RV and they have nice large spaces and the campground is very well kept. The employees are fantastic and they have a great little store. They also offer pizza delivery to your RV! Highly recommend.

We LOVED this campground. Amazing staff, extremely well cared for grounds, spacious sites. Would HIGHLY recommend this place for short and longer stays.

Very happy with our stay here. The grounds were welcoming and clean and the staff was very kind, helpful and pleasant. We’ll definitely stay here again. :)

We were only here for one night but it was a very nice KOA. There offer pizza delivered to the campsite. We arrived just before they closed and this was a welcome treat after a long travel day.

Perfect location off of I-70! Extremely friendly staff. Easy pull in sites with full hook ups. Charming pergolas with swings and built in fire pits. Beautiful pool/water slides and playground areas. Fully stocked onsite store with fresh hot coffee! Our family of 12 will definitely be staying here again on our travels between PA and Kansas.

This is a hidden gem for sure!

Tremendously easy check-in.... Lots of activities including an assay station (probably best for young kids), horses and goats to pet, a top notch pool.

Cabin was very clean and whole site was awesome.

Bathrooms spacious and CLEAN!

We were on our way home to Michigan from spending the winter in Florida…I do have to say this Indianapolis KOA is far the best one we have stayed at, & we have stayed at a few as KOAs are the only campgrounds we stay in while traveling…. Very friendly staff, made us feel very welcomed. The sites are clean & plenty of space. The pizza & wings from their little deli were very good. It was sure nice setting up camp & shortly after having our dinner delivered right to our campsite. Very nice after a long day of traveling. The pool was still close for the season. We will definitely stay here again when driving through.

This KOA was legit. The staff was so kind, helpful, and efficient. The place was clean and beautiful. There are ponies and goats to pet, 2 playgrounds, and a place to do "prospecting". We didn't end up swimming bc of weather, but the pool looked incredible. Easy to find. Clean bathrooms. Pizza. It's got everything.

Beautiful campground. Big pull thru sites well maintained. Kid friendly park. Great fenced in area to let your fur babies run around. Swimming pool, cabins. We’ve stayed here before and since they have upgraded from rock to cement in front of the park. Only recommendations I would add is more pet stations with garbage and new entrance (back side park) they need to push back landscaping. It’s a tight turn when entering. Highly recommend!! We will be back again. 😊

So why am I leaving a review on google for a KOA? Because we arrived this afternoon after a grueling eastbound 6.5 hour drive through truck traffic and construction on I-70. We were expected water and electric and were going to have to dump in the morning at the dump station. But no! They upgraded us to full hook ups because it was available! How fabulous is that? Superb and smart customer service if you ask me.

VERY nice facilities compared to some other KOA sites. Very clean. Our site had a stone fire pit swinging chairs and bistro lights. Really cozy and welcoming. The pool was closed for the season, and it was too cold for a swim, but it looks like a great pool for kids and families for the summer months.

Easy access from the freeway. There are plenty of things to do for the kids' pool, playground , and even riding horses. Dog park is large and clean. Bathrooms and showers are clean. Check out the pictures for more. Unfortunately, we stayed one night.

One of the larger KOA's I have stayed at. Mature trees, rock waterfall feature with hores close to office. Nice dog park. Really awesome pool/water park kids will definitely love. Nicer fire pits than most with a few sites that have porch swings.

Quick on & off I-70 and pretty quiet.

I never write reviews but the experience we had this past weekend was one that we will remember. From the moment you walk in the office door to check in you feel so welcomed. The staff is so kind and accommodating. Everyone has a smile on their face and they want to make sure you have the best trip possible. The sites were clean and well maintained. We didn't use the pool but it also looked very clean and even had some small slides for the kids going into it. We will definitely return.

Best experience ever! We will be returning. We came in for the first time, we got here and our power cord would not reach, they moved us without a problem, then the 50amp breaker was not working so we called they came down right away and replaced it! We finally started our vacation. We checked out the pool, got to feed the horses and even got to sift rocks! The kiddos loved it. It was very clean, active people working around the premises very nice people! Even saw the workers delivering pizza, picking up trash even planting flowers. Very clean and maintained sites, quiet at night and even during the day. Would recommend 100% also very convenient off the interstate, there is interstate noise but we didn’t mind.

This is an upgraded, improved, beautiful KOA. We had inconsiderate neighbors so I suggest not getting the “ buddy” sites if you prefer privacy and quiet. The 2 horses and 2 goats were fun to visit. There is very, very little road noise so it one of the quieter places we have stayed. We will book here again.
