Easiest experience I’ve ever had, getting a new car! I was immediately greeted by not just one but two people. They politely asked all the right questions to really materialize my experience shopping for my next car! I’ve never had a sales man ask ME what my experience is with dealerships. I was so happy he asked that as I was able to let him know my mother’s been in the business for 30 years. From there, we were able to talk business, he gave me the facts and answers I asked for on each vehicle - no tiptoeing.
After talking it over for a while I was greeted by the sales manager Adam, he was friendly and understood I wasn’t here to play games , just to buy a car. After just a few detail changes we were able to make a deal! Adam and Brad ( GM) were both super helpful and respectful of my own personal knowledge. It was the first time I’ve been to a dealership and DID NOT get belittled or have someone “man plain “ a bunch of details to me. Very honest and helpful staff, clean and nice dealership, made my experience easy and secure. 10/10 would recommend!

Kogan was our sales guy and I was so impressed. He worked hard to gets us EXACTLY what we asked for make model color and price. He was kind understanding and never pushy. Jay was our finance guy and he explained everything simply so we had relatively no questions he explained what extra options that were available to us and even told us things we didn’t necessarily need but were there if we chose to have them. All in all it was a very positive experience. From the front desk to other sales team members the whole crew were kind and engaging. Would absolutely recommend Napleton Kia Fishers to our family and friends and we will be back when we’re in the market for another vehicle

2nd update! We just left there. Brad and Brent were very kind and took care of the problem. We are happy with everything and will return.
Update I spoke to the GM today and I am going there in the morning. He said he’s going to replace the other 2 tires and do an alignment on the car. I am very happy with this.
Got a Honda from here. I was told that the car is inspected and if the tires are below 60% they are replaced. I was told that the tires were fine. A few days after getting the car I was getting alarms that the tire pressure was low. I went back to the dealership and they did a reset on the sensors and said it was fine. I continued to get tire pressure alerts. I didn’t think the tires looked great so I went to 2 different tire shops and they said the tires were horrible and needed replaced. I went back to the dealership and a service person said both tire places were just trying to make a sale. Said the tires were in great shape. Well today I got a flat tire and had it towed to a different (and 3rd) tire place. I was told that the tires are so old and out of tread that the warranty THAT I BOUGHT from the dealership won’t even cover the tires as it is at 2/32 tread. I called and talked to someone named Eric at the dealership. He again said the tire place is just trying to make a sale. I told him that the 2 tires were FLAT. Eric then told me that it could be the temp outside and tires fluctuating and add some air. This dealership has lied to me and refuses to help me. Shop here with CAUTION. I am disgusted

We purchased a car on 6/19 and worked with Yassine Bukhari. He was so nice, patient, knowledgeable and really worked with us to get what we were looking for in a car. We had a not so good experience at a previous dealership so we were kind of defeated before going in to see him, but he changed all of that for us. It went from a not so good day to a great day! We felt extremely comfortable with him because he didn’t come off as someone who was disingenuous or that he was just there to sell us a car. He even took the time to teach me how to use some of the features in my new car. We would absolutely purchase another vehicle from him and will send anyone who is looking to purchase a car his way!!

My sales associate, Trevor, was very professional and knowledgeable about the Kia product line. I really enjoyed talking to him, he was a good listener and seemed interested in getting to know about me and my driving needs. If I asked something that he didn't know, he said so and did the necessary research to find the answer. He has been very responsive when I call with questions and has followed up via phone, email and text.

Had the best experience with Trevor Spinola, he was respectful, honest, and polite. He did not sell us, he did answer any and all questions. Made our time with Kia enjoyable! Worked hard to get us a great deal and was top notch! His communication was great and was with us every step of the way😊 Cannot say enough great things about our purchase!!!
