CVS

Tonight, I had a GOOD experience... FOR ONCE. NO they are not always the fastest. They actually usually SUCK... SORRY CVS... but it's true of this location. Normally, it takes DAYS to get a script filled, but tonight, it was relatively quick. It was maybe a little after 8pm when I came in, they close at 9pm on Friday's. I had an Upper Respiratory Infection, and had 3 scripts called in. I walked in and asked about my scripts, the tech looked them up and started working on them right away. It's like she stopped what she was doing and worked on just mine, to get them done before they closed. Yes, I had to wait just a bit, but she got them done really quick and both her the the pharmacist were REALLY NICE. Its not often that a good review gets to be written about this location, so I wanted to let my story be known. They are REALLY understaffed, so maybe we all need to take that into consideration when we get mad at the long wait times. This location services a HUGE neighborhood, with limited help. Please be kind to them. They are just people like us, doing a job that they probably don't like, for not enough money. Don't make their day harder.

The pharmacy was packed with only one pharmacist and two aides. My daughter and I got vaccinations. The pharmacist was extremely kind and helpful even though we were clearly adding to his already overly busy day. I’m so thankful for him and hope cvs can staff more adequately.

Wish you could rank the pharmacy separately, seems like all the 1 stars are talking about the pharmacy. The store part is great, staff is friendly and when line gets long they’re usually staffed enough to bring someone to help. Shelves are always stocked, etc.

Better experience store-wise here than the Walgreens across the street but the Walgreens pharmacy part specifically is way better.

Amazing pharmacy. My dad was visiting Indiana for 2 days and forgot his medication. I had no idea what to do. I’m in Ohio and call this pharmacy. The pharmacist (Kathleen, I believe, sorry if wrong) called his pharmacy in Ohio and got his medication transferred over, even when the insurance said it was too early, she tried to over ride it and when it didn’t work...she gave the option to allow us to pay for it. She called me and kept me updated as well. She did all that for us and I am truly grateful. Thank you Pharmacist Kathleen from 1030 N Arlington ave indianapolis indiana. I got more help from you then I do from my own pharmacy here at home.

I love this place the pharmacypeople treat me very well th clean an app a lot better then close to home Linwood Sq. That place has gone downhill so sad Linwood Sq.
