Family Dollar

I have been shopping at this store for 5 years now and have always been satisfied. Excellent staff, always a clean store and the shelves are always stocked.

The store is looking fresher and more organized inside. All 3 of the workers provided great service and were pleasant to work with!

The lady as soon as I walked in the store was so very helpful . She personally showed me where the stuff I needed was & then she checked me out . Awesome job wish more stores had the same customer service.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received tonight at Family Dollar Manager Mike and coworker John on Thursday, March 25, who decided to close 12 minutes early with customers in the store. I went in due to the sign saying they were open with another customer who was refused service for nothing. I had a carton of eggs and he refused to ring them up, and then accused me of having an attitude, and in all honesty I was too tired and exhausted to have one. No customer deserves the rude treatment I received.

This is edited from a previous review from me. The store after the remodeling has been open for the hours posted. The team members and management are always helpful and prompt when asked for assistance. I respect the professionalism and courteousness from every member that I've come across at this location!

I've come here a lot in the past 4 years and the employees are always so pleasant and the store is clean and well stocked! Thanks to the owner of this place for running such a great store!

Pretty cool love the size of the store and would definitely recommend it's clean neat friendly staff they do need some carts but other than that I liked it found what I needed good price

They have a good selection of most common wares at reasonable prices with a friendly and functional staff. If you want any of those 3 elements to be moreso, then you'd lose something in one of the others or waste time traveling elsewhere. The employee's, selection, and prices strike a good balance.

Where do they find these clerks? Out of some 1970s hillbilly uneducated mannerless won't break a smile to save a life sitcom...? This store should be in Simpsons iconic Hoosier no diversity training and it shows

Great store i go there all the time to buy things from milk to Google play cards. The store is very clean and the workers are staying very safe with covid19 going around.

Just put money on my debit card. No problems. Store has a pretty good inventory also.

Very clean and organized which is rare for the Family Dollars in Indy. Nice staff. A lot of different products to choose from. I would recommend this store to people.

I'd been to actually 9 different Family Dollar Stores, and Dollar General Stores searching for glue mouse traps. This is the store I finally found them at!!!
