I worked with Tyler today, he helped me clean up my account and even called customer care with me to cancel a few lines that I didn’t need anymore. Great service and a beautiful new iPhone 15 Pro and Apple Watch!

Ben helped me to re- connect my watch with my phone, after having been on the phone with tech support for hours over days, Thx to Ben he had my watch & phone on the same page with minutes! This guy knows his stuff, and I even thought I needed a new watch! Nice job Ben!!!

This is definitely the place to visit for all of your Verizon-related needs. Stopped in recently to inquire about upgrading my phone. Ben was extremely helpful, low-pressure, and informative in helping me make the right choice. A couple of days later, I realized I was having an issue with sending and receiving messages on my new phone. Before I was even able to finish explaining the issue, Ben knew exactly what was up. He did what he needed to do to solve the issue, and I was back in business in less than five minutes. Now that's great customer service! Highly recommended!

The experience was great. We worked with Jetmir first when we purchased our new phones. He was very personable. Took so much time with us setting up my husbands phone. Unfortunatly my phone wasn't in stock so Jetmir ordered one. I waited over a week not hearing if it was stock so we stopped in. We then were helped by Shawn. He too was extremely helpful taking the time with me and my phone and connections. Answered questions my husband had too. Then a few days later I went back to request a recite from my purchases. The one I had wasn't complete. I then was taken care of by Ben. He too was exceptionally helpful going out of his way to help me through my phone connections to our car which we were struggling with. The group of salesmen at this germantown wisconsin location are great. Thank you. Tell them all to keep up the great work

Excellent people working here! This team provides excellent customer service for every customer every time I visit. The store is always clean and organized. There is plenty of parking right by the entrance. They have comfortable seating while you work with the sales reps. They value your privacy and care about finding the right solution for your needs. I can't say enough about how impressed I've been with their professionalism!

Sean was amazing! He helped me figure out why my phone kept telling me I was out of data and he helped me get my account up to date which was very kind of him. He suggested I upgrade as well since my phone was a few years old. He moved all my data for me and spent A LOT of time making sure I was happy with the new phone and layout before I left. It was the best customer service experience I've ever had and I will be recommending anyone that needs a phone to go to the Germantown location.

Drew was great in helping me! He provided the best customer service I could ask for. I usually don’t go to the authorized dealers, but gave them a try. It was definitely a good decision with Drew taking care of me every step of the way. He was patient with all my question and even with system issues no fault to Drew. I would definitely recommend him for any of your needs.

The associate Ben was very helpful and receptive to our questions and concerns. Have been Verizon customer for years and have been pleased the whole time. We were happy when our local store opened and provided the great service we were accustomed to.

Had to replace an old phone for my mom today, and always a tough time because the new phone isn't exactly the same as the old one. Ben Wick of the Germantown Verizon store has been just tremendous to me a technically challenged cell user. I bought a new Google phone having traded in my old phone which I thought had all the bells and whistles. While using my new phone I noticed features that I was used to, for example the Flashlight feature. And the new side on/off by hitting with their blacked buttons, Ben put in some color tabs so I could see them better in the light for this 77 year old era 69s Vet.
I was so thankful for Ben's help in getting all my concerns handled to my satisfaction.
Ben is an asset to this store and the Verizon family.

So we all know that this kind of place isn't what we would consider a joy to have to go to... were they busy? Yes. Did we have to wait a little bit? Yes. Was it worth my time? I would say yes. I was helped by Dan, he was great. I switched a phone over and added a line. It took a little bit but his customer service was on point. He really was a pleasure to work with.

The germantown verizon store consistently gives excellent customer service! The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. In the past Adam has been a great help when I've had a question. Yesterday I got the same great service from Cayla Kristi, and Randy. They all went out of their way to provide professional and knowledgeable assistance. They were all so great!

Exceptional customer service! I recently switched to Verizon & a different phone completely. I've been in there a few times. Always welcoming and helpful to answer all my questions. Kai is knowledgeable and friendly. While it is a nationwide company, this location certainly has a small-town, care-about-your-neighbor feel to it. Thank you!
