This UPS store seems to be always busy. I have no trouble returning Amazon packages. One thing you need to do is take a screenshot of your app, no cell service inside.

Went to drop off a package at the UPS store in Germantown. Never seen this before or even close to it, but there was a line of 8 or 9 people waiting for service. I almost left because i didn't want to wait in line, but I needed to get this package off, so I waited. The two young employees working that afternoon (Bryce and Janessa) serviced all of the customers with incredible speed and efficiency. They were polite and very professional. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes despite all those waiting in line in front of me! WELL DONE Bryce and Janessa!

I had won an on line auction item from the area. An antique neon beer sign. It was dropped off at the store for delivery. I was a tad concerned about how it would arrive. Perfection!!! The gentleman who packed it did an outstanding job. The item arrived in Michigan, in 2 days, in perfect working order!!! Thank you very much for the care you took with my item. I owe you a Stroh's!!!

Very happy with the young teens at this location. My father came in to mail a package a month ago. Left his wallet behind and didn’t know. Devon after his work shift because he could not find a number to contact him. Brought and dropped off the wallet physically after his work shift. So grateful for young honest teens. Not to mention he took good care of my father shipping needs and was so polite!

Everyone here is very friendly. I have never had a problem when doing business here. When dropping off Amazon returns, I make sure to read ALL of the instructions before I go there. I also wish people would understand that the is not UPS but it is an independently owned business with a contract to do business with UPS and know what they can and cannot do for you. Lastly, when you walk into a business with a positive attitude you are much more likely to be treated in the same way. I think that all of these things have helped me always have a positive experience at this UPS Store.

Greatest experience of my life. I was treated with absolute respect and had the time of my life. Those boys were cracking jokes like a comedy show on steroids. The store was super clean and they helped me with my amazon return because I had no idea what I was doing. God bless this ups store

Janessa and Team are fantastic! From some of our company's hardest projects to the easy ones I can always count on the store to deliver on time and within my budget! Even personally orders I have sent have been so nicely organized that I didn't have to lift a finger after I clicked send on my file to the store! And if the team isn't sure on something they are sure to call you and verify details! Truly great- fast- friendly- honest- fair priced service!

This store is as awesome as it gets, outstanding team!! I’d like to address a few other people’s complaints, a lot of issues are OUTSIDE of independent locations like this and are more of a corporate issue that these companies have no control over. 2.) Amazon returns aren’t all free and this is NOT because of this stores rules, they have a partnership on the amazon app use your EYES and read if it requires packaging, I see complains about charging for bags, what company do you know that gives away free items?? 3.) the ups store cannot give out any phone number but the customer service number again NOT THEIR FAULT. And lastly INDEPENDENT locations do NOT control the actions of drivers and cannot help assist you in filing a complaint, it is not in their power.

Keep it up amazing ups team! I hope this clears anything up from previous complains I regularly ship with them and never ever have any issues!

As someone that used to work there: most of the issues lay with the customer and UPS itself, not the store they DO NOT control anything that happens outside their doors, that is on the customer and UPS, you are given a receipt with tracking, use it, if something doesn't look right call the store immediately, they will be willing to help or guide you to someone that can help you, as long as you remain calm and respectful. If you have an issue pertaining to a driver do not call the store, if you're looking for tracking on a package that wasn't processed by the store (drop-offs do not count as processed) do not call the store. If you get notified that your package has been redirected to the store, call the store, they're usually dropped off between 1pm and 3pm, possibly even the following day, even if it says its there now,we don't know why, trust me I spent hours trying to find out. Lastly, if you just have a drop-off and don't need a receipt, just leave it on the counter, but make sure it isn't for FedEx, they don't take those.

Good store! They are actually cheaper for mailbox rental than a lot of the other UPS stores I've been to. They have good customer service as well. I recommend this place over the post office any day! I would still use them if I hadn't moved out of the area.

@Justin: You honestly expect a store to charge you 0.17 for printing out a label for you? ROTFL! Maybe I'd expect that if I was using the self-service copy machine, but they provided you with a service and I think $3 is rather reasonable - they DO have overhead costs such as electricity, rent, etc. How do you think they would stay in business and pay those bills? Do you think they would actually make enough money to stay in business on your 17 cents? Did you even bother to call and ask the cost? It sounds like you expect people to cater to you for next-to-nothing. I would adjust your expectations to be in the realm of realism if I were you.

Considering the issues that were created further down the chain during shipment and the fact that the staff at the UPS Store was not directly involved, I was impressed with their professional handling of the situation and their dedication to seeing it through to conclusion. They handled it very professionally considering how difficult it could have become.
