I purchased hand cream for my wife for Christmas; I didn't know much about it other than it's expensive. The gal helped me navigate the cost vs effective scenario pretty well.
She then suggested a hydrating spray, apparently it's what's necessary nowadays, anyways...my wife loved them as her Christmas gift 🎁 😄.

This store is so fancy! Like omg, haha. The bathrooms are super duper fancy.

Amazing products and better staff!

First off, I'd like to preface by saying I am a huge fan of high end perfume. I have a huge collection and I always save up to get some more. When I went in today, I wanted to get another. I was super fond of a dior perfume, so I picked out the deluxe set that came with a baby one, a travel bottle, and the big Dior eau de Parfum. I also do TikTok for my income, with lifestyle being my primary topic. However, I used to and occasionally do beauty.

The store was super clean, and the staff was so nice! Tiffany Mechelle (I asked for her name because I loved her so much) was super helpful and was so sweet. I can't express enough so many interactions are artificial these days, but she was so genuine and kind. I told her about my interest in beauty and she was super kind and showed me other scents.

I also met Paul, the Prada representative. I loved the Prada intense set and he offered me a Prada tote and a little goodie bag if I bought it. I was super happy and ended up buying it. I walked out with free goodies and I 100% plan on making a tiktok about my experience there. Paul and Tiffany, you guys are great!

Our (my wife's) favorite store for high quality, fashionable clothing at a fair price. Service is outstanding, selection is the best.

Our favorite retailer for clothes and jewelry. Best combination of bricks and clicks for convenience, selection and value. Laura in fine jewelry is terrific.

Love the management, customer service and workers here! Also get yourself a nice latte from the cafe! Best Nordstrom I know.

Stopped today 9/7/19.
Returned some stuff then went to the new restaurant and bar.
Did not order food but had a Bombay Sapphire Gin on the rocks. Nice size glass and very tasty.
Next trip I will order their pizza. One that caught my eye had fennel sausage on it.
Fennel in sausage, what can be better?
Arrived at about 11:00am the place was empty. Left at about 12:30 the place was plum full. That’s me in the mirror.

Great, well-kept location. It seems like there must be a distribution center nearby because order online and pickup items tend to arrive rather quickly here (though bigger city stores likely have more of a selection in store). Not the most diverse staff, but everyone seems nice.

Super nice store. I love the open layout. Much more modern than Macy's on the other side of the mall. Easier to get help as well.

Men's shoes. Absolutely the kindest young man to assist me. The best I've had in at least 15 years. I am older, with RA illness, and to find women's sandals that fit my large feet is impossible. This young salesman didn't even blink an eye when I requested a men's Berkenstock to fit me. Most do. He continued to search for what I was really hoping to find, and did it with grace. I left the store that day with two pairs and a happy heart! Thank you to that young man, I greatly appreciate your hard to find kindness!!

The employees in the formal dress department were helpful. My niece and I found the perfect dress (she was going to be in a wedding party)! Then we went to the shoe department and found such pretty heels to go with the dress. Thank you, Nordstrom!

I was super happy with my experience at this store! I came to buy some new bras. Jaylen B did a wonderful job helping me find the perfect fit bra. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I also was pleased with the selections the store had to offer!
