AT&T Store

This location is by far the best. I have experienced every person there was very attentive to our wants and needs. The third visit I walked out with the new iPhone w/ a trade in I didn’t know I could use. Plus all the discounts!! Brandon, Tyler, Franklin, even the guy who didn’t help us at all was cool and friendly I can’t remember his name. The whole crew is a vibe though!

I had a really good experience with Frank from AT&T. He went above and beyond to help me solve my issue, showing an impressive attention to detail and thoughtful customer service skills. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. Throughout the whole process, Frank exhibited the utmost professionalism and dedication to ensuring that I had a positive experience with AT&T, which was really nice considering I have had a bad experience with a different location before. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the level of service that I received from Frank and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of assistance.

Everyone was very pleasant you don't find that out in the business world too often or a lot of hateful people out there that work in the public with these people were very friendly and helpful and I was with you AT&t before I should have never left went over to T-Mobile and they were very hateful and add money when you got unlimited data how do you have to pay more money

The guy that worled with us was very nice, and he gave me a bunch of pens to choose from and 2 pieces of paper to draw with

Erika was wonderful to work with. I went in to activate a new phone line and she was very professional, helpful, and quick. I went to this store after having a bad experience at the AT&T store closest to me, and Erika put me at ease with her knowledge and expertise. Go to this store and ask for Erika - she is the best!

Shout out to Jeff - the Manager at AT&T (and his wife who had come to pick him up for dinner at the end of shift and patiently waited the entire time!) Who not only stayed past BOTH end of shift AND closing until we were able to get away from Spectrum on a 4 hour visit on Saturday! Absolutely fan-frickin-tastic!!!!

I had such a good experience when switching! The last time I was in there Erika helped me and she was so nice and patient with me. She helped me through every question I had.

Frank was a great sales rep! He did amazing in helping me with my phone issues and he had a great attitude throughout the experience! 10/10 would go to him again !

Customer service was amazing, and I really felt taken care of. Worked with a dude named Frank, and he was very kind and patient with me despite my lack of expertise with technology and whatnot.

The employee named Franklin was outstanding. Had a good experience overall and felt welcome. With my last experience, I would be glad to continue to go back to that store specifically.

10/10 I would recommend this store. Brianna at the beech grove location is amazing. She helped me order a new phone and get everything squared away on it. Then a month later I added a phone line for my son, she understood exactly what we were wanting, let us know about promotions and the whole thing took less then 20 minutes.

I am looking into getting a new phone and I'm very picky so I decided to go into the store to talk to a rep instead of trying to figure out what's the best fit for me myself. WOW is all I can say. The girl that helped me, Brianna, was SO helpful. The knowledge she has of so many different phones and plans was amazing! She was patient with me, answered all of my 100 questions, never got frustrated and was so sweet the whole time. This will now be the place I go whenever I need help or have questions. Her patience and knowledge truly surprised me! You have a great representative and employee in that girl! Keep her!

I had the pleasure of visiting Emerson office and a gentleman named Frank or Franklin was helping my friend with cleaning her phone up and Etc and he was very pleasant and was courteous and knew exactly how to fix the issues I would definitely consider AT&T for services

We love this location! Been coming here for years always knowledgeable and helpful we dealt with Shawn this time and he was excellent. Can truly say I have never had a bad experience here. Thank you

These employees are so hardworking and helpful, especially Erika! She got me set up well. I’m beyond satisfied.

I was there a couple days ago and was helped by Michaela. She was very polite and knowledgeable. She fixed my issues, I just switched from an IPHONE to a Galaxy and they are very different. She patiently showed me how to use it. Definitely will be back to this location if I have any more questions!

I went to ask questions regarding my phone, and someone by the name of Frank assisted me very well in helping and allowing me to understand what was going on. His service was phenomenal.
