Kroger Marketplace

New Year’s Day 2024…..place is packed at 5:30ish pm. Lines for all checkouts back to frozen foods. I’m in line for self checkout and can’t help but notice an employee working the self checkout, ringing up customers with 5 or less and bagging in the next lane! Shout out to Shawn(Sean?)….positive attitude and working like crazy for the customers. People noticed…they may not have said anything, but they noticed!

I went Krogering this past Thursday to shop for groceries for Memorial Day weekend. When I got the the register, there was Jasyn. Such a nice person. So mild mannered and polite. He rang up my groceries perfectly AND packed my groceries perfectly with my salad tomato on top. It is so rare that I get such good service these days. And a shout out to Jonathan “The Joker” for spotting a bad lemon, notifying me about it and going all the way back to Produce to get me a new bag. Now that’s GOOD SERVICE. I smiled for the first time all day on the way out. Thank you both!!!!!

Tonight I went to this Kroger and accidentally dropped my debit card after checking out. THANK YOU SO MUCH to the honest caring family who found it by their car and thank you to the male security guard (sorry I didn’t get your name!) who genuinely presented as caring that this happened to me. He started looking immediately. He even went out to the parking lot of his own accord to look - which I deeply appreciated. The actions of these kind people really meant a lot to me and reminded me there are still good people out there!! May good karma come back your way. :)

All the employees there are always so helpful & kind. Cashiers are always smiling & have great personalities. This makes my shopping experience enjoyable.

This is out go to grocery store. Also my fav gas station with our fuel points.

Great place to shop very friendly staff and always very clean. Use to work there and will suggest to get your groceries here theirs beats Wal-Mart's food selection any day. Meats are way better only thing i wosh they would change is start selling t-bone steaks everyday like the use to that be great. I love this place they are an awesome crew and everything as always is garanteed fresh.

Lots of great products and always a bargain. Try their fresh deli or some sushi!! There is a Starbucks inside this location and the store is always clean.

I am so impressed by this store!! Wow!! Everything from clothes to food to Starbucks! I love the meal portions set up and the produce is great!! I wish we had one in our hometown!!

I came to this Kroger for the first time since I usually go to the one located in East Southern Plaza. This Kroger is big, has all the shelves stocked and the staff members are very nice. I found everything I needed. The inside was clean, staff members were polite and there were no waiting lines to cash-out. I would definitely come back to this location.

Bethany, in the meat department, went above and beyond on a very busy day. She went to the back to locate what I needed. Didnt find it, so I went to other departments to shop. She later located what I wanted, and came to find me. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

This is our favorite place to grocery shop in all of Indy. Sometime the lines can be long, but that hasn't been the case the last few months. The staff is very kind and helpful. Everything that you could want and more in a grocery store.

Wish they had more organic fruits and veggies

Always have a consistent and solid experience here. The place is well organized and everything is in logical places. The hot and ready food is always really good too. I would like to see an extra regular checkout lane during busy times. Either that or prevent people with 200 items from going to self checkout. I’ve had too many quick stops where I have 1 or 2 things but wait for 5-10 minutes because everyone at self checkout bought the store out. This isn’t really Kroger’s fault, but I wanted to vent. Fantastic place and highly recommend.

The floral department was absolutely awesome. The flower boutiques were all nicely done and all the flowers looked great.

I absolutely love this location!! The store is always clean and stocked with food. All The employees that I have spoken to are always courteous and helpful. I can always find everything that I need. They also have great Items for your home and I also purchased two cute dresses from there as well.☺

Today I came shopping in the produce and everything was great well stocked. I needed some help taking some waters out due to a shoulder injury and Brandon helped me and let me tell you he is the most sweetest person ever. Whoever hired him, kudos to you for giving everyone a chance. #teamBrandon 😊

This Kroger is always nice and clean

Very clean and safe store. There's always parking available when I've went and I've never waited in line at checkout. I'm not sure if it's the time of day I'm going or what but I always leave satisfied.

Keep an eye as you're walking in if it's winter time because I was looking for a windshield wiper and a shovel and couldn't find any. I noticed them as I was walking out and had to swing back in to pay for a few more things after leaving.
