Everything I needed was here. Quick and easy. I asked the cashier if they knew the return policy for a bathroom fan and they told me and wrote me a reminder on my receipt. Good customer service.

This store is a "working man's" store. It carries just about everything that you may need for DIY projects or commercial projects. I've found that when I need tools, Lowe's carries the brands that I prefer. My latest shopping trip was for concrete bits for my ancient Bosch Bulldog Hammer Drill. The trip was quick and successful. Checkout is often self- serve, but a cashier is available should you prefer.

Had a fantastic experience at Lowe's. Michael was incredibly helpful with a complex return - he tackled the issue effortlessly. Unfortunately, I had a less than pleasant experience with a corporate representative who kept me waiting for almost a month before I could proceed with the next step of my return. However, this was rectified during my subsequent visit. Maggie and Jarret were exceptionally kind and even summoned the manager for assistance. Maggie, the manager, was empathetic and eager to help, a quality that seems scarce nowadays. Tonight, I have a cart brimming with paint and a fully functional circular saw. I couldn't be a happier customer! Thanks guys :)

Been here a cpl times in last week I'm opening my 2nd store in this neighborhood and it has had everything I'm looking for so far and no issues and staff has been very helpful especially the elderly lady that works the self checkout she goes above and beyond !

Lowes is having a big Memorial Day sale this weekend. We got a list together and stopped in. I was asking my husband where the carts were when we walked through the door. Suddenly here comes PJ with a cart. She had overheard me and ran outside and brought me a cart. WOW!!!! We shopped around and later we ran across Adam and Pat walking around giving advice to customers and helping customers find what they needed. They made themselves accessible and walked right up to us. It was GREAT!!!! We checked out in the garden department with Grace. So polite. So thorough. She thanked us three times. So pleasant. Thank you Adam, Pat, and Grace!!!!!

The first photo is to brighten your day, the others are examples of materials that we have purchased from Lowe’s and used for projects at our church building. We buy almost exclusively from Lowe’s for our project needs. They have great service and a wide variety of things for any project. We use Lowe’s so much that we have an accounts receivable account with them. We’ve been doing a lot of fencing lately and built pew supports and hymnal racks. Our congregation had thoroughly enjoyed the finished results of both projects.

Blake was very kind and helpful. He helped us find and select wood posts we needed. He was very patient and very helpful. We appreciate the service very much.

I was in to purchase a drain snake for my home on 07/29/2023.. One of the store's associate Michael, took time to retrieve a heavy box from a top shelf. He was courteous and very helpful. Thank you Michael for your help. I appreciate all that this Beechgrove store does for their customers!!

I came here to find a part to help me fix my washer, and Adam was instrumental in helping me to do it. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. You gotta love Lowe’s especially when you have a great associate like him!

The nice ladies in the garden center are not only patient, but knowledgeable about all things plants. I fully appreciate their help in picking a new house plant!!

We went to get stain to finish a table. Found some MinWax stain that had a Polyurethane finish in it. There are 2 types: gloss or satin. They had everything we needed to get: stain, drop cloths, shop towels, latex gloves, brushes, sandpaper, etc. One trip, got everything, the stain is easy to work with and looks great.

I was very impressed with the employees. One in particular was very helpful with getting me a mobile chair to get around. She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for . Thank you.

My husband and I visited this store on the way to Michigan and wanted few copies of our keys. This gentleman helped us when the automatic key making machine was not working. he showered lots of love to our puppy and gave him treats. He is was kind and helpful. 😍
