Great customer service. John in the appliance dept was very knowledgeable and professional. Phil in customer service did a great job as well , he was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back if we need more appliances

This location I love going to to buy plants. Another home depot in was very disappointed in you could tell they didnt care for the plants at all. Here in Canal i was really impressed after coming here after my last home depot experience. I come out of there with multiple plants instead of maybe one to just save.

Great place to replace your old homeowner tools and upgrade to Milwaukee. I am kicking out the junk and bringing in the best.

Had to get supplies to make cat boxes for the cold weather. I love cats but allergic. But I try to get the money to buy I am on fixed income. Home Depot had what I needed boxes, tape, trash bags & I have fabric material scraps to put in them.

Staff are always helpful. Prices are reasonable
If items are t in stock they will order and deliver to your door

it's a great place to get everything you need for your home and appliances electrical plumbing drywall painting framing concrete they have it all

The staff was wonderful. Twice I was lead to exactly what I needed. The store has a huge variety of products. This time of year all the Christmas trees were on display right next to the outdoor grills! Appropriate!

I come here about one a week to pick up 5 gallon water tanks. The employees have always been helpful. Returns are easy to do.

We spend a lot of money in here for my company. Erica & randy have been very helpful finding my lumber Materisls which are a day late. Guess a driver quit while delivering my lumber. It's been a long process but lumber should finally be here Today. I highly recommend canals homedepot over any other location!

Home Depot Was Awesome. Terrific Customer Service. I only needed a Key Made 🔑 😌... I was there 5 min but it's always clean in there with associate always ready to assist customers who need help.

Probably my favorite store (and probably my dog's favorite too)!
I love that they're dog friendly and the service is amazing throughout the store!
I get 100% of my building supplies there, I've ordered custom countertops and appliances and have always received great (above GREAT!!!) and professional customer service!

The Canal Home Depot is AMAZING!!! (the Bruce Rd. & I70 Home Depot needs to follow the outstanding example that the Canal Winchester location... It's a pretty high standard that Canal sets; but they make it look effortless!)

Went in for the truck rental services and the staff were patient and kind as I gathered my insurance information from my phone. I was able to return the truck with no issues and no wait.

Love this place, they are pretty good about having everything I need. Just like any other place, sometimes they might be out of something.
Employees are nice and helpful. They always go out of their way to greet me!

My son and I had a wonderful experience we arrived to purchase a new mower. We were met and educated on two zero turn mowers.
We just happened to meet the Store Manager Tarik he immediately responded to help us and introduced himself later grabbing multiple people in different departments mostly Managers Alex, Randy and Dan. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable to make a smooth transition. We altmatly decided on a John Deere Zero turn 42 inch machine for my Son's first home. I would recommend these gentlemen and this store.
They also helped me with my Veterans discount.

This store does seem to be a bit more expensive on a couple of items that I recently purchased in comparison to the Home Depot in Grove City, but not by much. The employees seem to be efficient. They could interact better by asking if I need help when I am obviously lost. I usually have to ask for assistance. It would be nice to not seem like a bother when seeking help. Overall the employees seem to know their stuff and are helpful.

Did a curb-side order here and it went great. No issues with anything, I simply drove up, parked and opened my trunk and the employee put my pond in the back of my car. Super fast and simple! I will say the employee did not shut the trunk like they often do for grocery pick-up so you can just drive off but it may not be Home Depot's policy to do that so no big deal. Thanks Home Depot!

Would like to say Dominick in customer service department has great customer service skills she took care of my situation with tool box thanks again she is a great asset to your business

2/2/2022 625 AM Samona at The Home Depot 94086 was so nice and helpful helping me checking out. I just appreciate her so much and she seemed to enjoy her job she just seemed to be like a old friend. You just do not see this very much anymore.

The young guy outside the door was super rude when my husband & I spoke to him. But once we got inside we had a great experience. We had 3 different people in 3 different areas help us and all of them were absolutely great! They might want to rethink their door guy

My father has been searching for a rocking chair we found one on line from Home Depot.I did, wait well Kitt did everything the ordering, billing all of it through texting. What an amazing experience she had everything done in know time it was excellent so friendly, and what a pleasant experience my first time buying from Home Depot won't be my last. If I could say anything it would be employees like Kitt are hard to come by these days so nice. We went to Sandy's, and walked through it was outrageous this woman trying to take advantage of my father unbelievable. Thank you Kitt, and Home Depot.
