Clean bathroom, fresh coffee, courteous staff at 11:45pm. Did not expect such a nice experience!

They are Working hard to make this location better. Friendly staff, hot food, and clean restrooms!

Store was really dirty but nice people

Friendly service however, bad thing about this location is the bathrooms are horrible! Looks like they havent been cleaned in a month or 2. Needs cleaned especially with this pandemic going on, one would think they would be providing better sanitary conditions.

Don’t waste your time nor money here. Rude staff, dirty windshield cleaning stations as well as property and store. The icing on the cake? They are a gas station that does not accept change.

Parking lot had insane amounts of trash littered about. Windshield washer reservoirs were all empty. Air pump wouldn’t accept my Duchess card, nor would it let me insert quarters to get air. Went inside to ask the cashier if they could maybe turn the air on for me, but there was no one in sight. After a few minutes I just left out of frustration. Will be sure to avoid this place altogether next time. I’ve seen gas stations off the interstate in Chicago and New York City that were in better shape than this one.

Stopped to get gas and use the restroom at 10pm on a Saturday night but the door was locked and nobody was inside. Sat there for 15 minutes while many other customers tried to go in but couldn’t. Website says they’re open 24/7 but they were closed at 10pm tonight. No workers in sight and all the trash cans were overflowing. I’ve noticed employees don’t like to change the trash cans here. One of the other customers said the doors are locked every time he stops there. I was low on gas and all the lights were still on but there was no sign on the door saying they were closed or anything like that, just a sign saying they can’t take EBT. I saw many people come but had to leave once they realized the door was locked. Not sure what was going on but you should probably just go to Speedway or Meijer instead of wasting your time here.

Unfortunately you can't leave negative stars. I was out of gas and had to pee. I roll up at 9 a m. On a Thursday morning and all the gas pumps have bags. Ok fine so I'll pee and get a drink nope! I'm met at the door. Rude woman says we're closed! No explanation, no I'm sorry no nothing. I said ma'am i really need to use the restroom and this chic smirks at me. Well bp i peed in a cup and left it for that snide employee to clean up

One word…..Gross. I have been to many duchess as I travel a bit for work and this place was the worst. The bathroom looked like a war zone. The hot dogs were all shriveled up and everything looked grungy. I hope I never have to go into that place again. So gross.

Routinely have to wait on employees to finish whatever it is they are doing on thier cell phone. No hustle when they finally decide to wait on you. Hit or miss on whether there is coffee. Hit or miss if it is even somewhat fresh. Creamers? Lucky if there is any. Soda machine has been out of order in one compasity or another. There is No excuse for bottled soda products to be out of stock. Please give me the "old days" (4 years ago) when the store was proficient and efficient. This store is getting as bad as the Tussing and Brice store. Only thing missing is panhandlers. Where is management!!?? 21 years going to this store. I'm done!!!!

The store is supposed to be open 24 hours. I tried to visit at 11:10 pm and the lights were all on and the doors were locked. Way to lose business Duchess!!!!

Today I went to get gas at Duchess, and I tried to put gas into my vehicle, but the coworker would not let me spend $20 on gas, instead she would only take $50,at the end she cursed me out so I decided to leave.

Was just inside waiting in line for 20 minutes before I finally gave up there were three customers and three employees working all I wanted was a pack of cigarettes staff didn't seem to care that people were waiting inside

Worst gas station I've ever visited. Be warned!
