The guy that sings in the drive-thru is the best. Genuinely lifts my spirits when he hands me my food. Never change singing drive-thru worker.

Depending on the time of day, you can get excellent service or pathetic service. Some employees own their job and it shows. Others show that they don't really care and often ignore you at the front counter inside.

The food is not always consistent. The Sweet tea is always an issue as well as some days it taste like soap (in the past, not recently since multiple complaints about it) and now it is often watered down. Yesterday, my sweet tea looked almost like clear water with a hint of tea.

Avoid the weekends inside. They are often short handed and employees are yelling at each other, including the manager instead of leading them.

Edit: over the past few months, I have been coming back here due to the new management and ownership. They really cleaned up the place, food/sweet tea is more consistent and overall, the experience is enjoyable to the point I stop most mornings for Tea.

I still love the bacon, egg, cheese bagels. Not a fan of doing my own ordering on a screen when five people are standing around at the counter.

Late night Thursday, got great service, quick, polite, and nice. The fries musta been a new bag were perfect, hot, great portions. The fish sandwich was soft and hot too. Way to go McDonalds on Diley Rd!

My daughters and I came through drive thru for Happy Meals and the young man named Dominic S. sang to my girls in a great theater style voice and made them laugh so hard while they waited! I've worked in food industry before and people like Dominic is what we need more of in this world. I hope you get the recognition you deserve Dominic!

This McDonald’s is the best I have been to I know people on here don’t like it but people are human

Very busy mcdonalds location but staff is hard working and fast. Dining area was clean

This location has been the best that I've ever visited. Orders are always correct and the food is always good. Breakfast sandwich of choice is the bacon,egg and cheese bagel.

Food was prepared perfectly. 2 Big Macs with more sauce now as publicized. Fries were good as were the drinks. Destiny is awesome. I always enjoy seeing her and Shania. These ladies are always smiling and friendly. The service from these two wonderful employees is what makes me come back to this location.

This location is so fast and the food is always nice and fresh.

The food here is always up to par and exactly what you are expecting when craving those golden arches. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. And I have never once been told that there ice cream machine was down at this location. However the drive thru is normally packed and even when it's not there is always a wait for the food. But if I have to wait for quality, then it's worth it.

At first I thought cannot in good concience give 5 stars to McDonalds because how do you compare that to much fancier places. Then I realized we should be rating them against themselves, not others. For that reason this particular location gets 5 stars. I dont care what time of day you go and how long the line is the wait is never long and the food is always made correct and hot. Shout out to the crew for being awesome.

This is an extremely high volume location and they hire quality employees who have the process down to a science! They recognize customers in this area don't have time to wait or deal with nonsense and they deliver quickly even when the drive-thru line is wrapped around the building due to high demand. Ty!! Clean parking lot, well-lit for safety with a huge parking lot.

The staff there tonight was polite efficient and had amazing customer service. The young woman who took the orders and payment was so great!!

This location is better then the other location in the area!

Ordered a cheese burger through drive through, service was quick maybe a wee bit too quick cheese did not even have time to melt to burger 🙃

My friend and I visited the McDonald's at 7620 Diley Rd. NW in Canal Winchester, Ohio while we had been traveling back to Columbus from Chestnut Ridge Metro Park [about four miles to the southeast].

My friend had wanted to purchase drinks at a nearby gas station and then continue driving towards Columbus; I had wanted to sit down -- inside -- at a table -- to enjoy our drinks; we ended up deciding to stop at that particular McDonald's.

It had been great to be able to purchase a small cup of Sprite for only $1.00 and to be able to refill my cup for no additional charge.

My friend and I spent a very pleasant half hour or so at that McDonald’s enjoying our beverages -- and talking about many different topics -- before continuing our trip towards Columbus.

Leaving the parking lot after our visit had been quite interesting because (1.) an 18-wheeler truck had been delivering items to that McDonalds during our entire visit and because (2.) there had been an extremely long "traffic jam" of cars going through the "drive-through" at that moment.

After a brief delay getting out of the parking lot, we were eventually able to get back on the highway towards Columbus.

This McDonald's has the best staff! Food is always hot and fast! I drive past 2 other McDonald's to get to this one!!

This is for the only two people working Monday night November 8th 2021. You did an excellent job. Your drive thru was packed 30 minutes before you closed and you kept your composer and truthfully you were faster than some fully staff McDonald's. You showed excellent work ethic.

Everybody knows why they go to McDonald's so I'm not sure what to say here. Food that taste the same no matter which location you go to is awesome and kids love McDonald's. Adults will also have Happy meals soon, so yeah.
