He was the best person in the world to talk to. He totally was patient and went way above and beyond to help us . In today's world that was refreshing to see ....

Shoutout to Chelsey Thomson at this store! Spent 2 hours working through issues with accounts, new modem, new DirecTV Streaming account. Patient, knowledgeable, polite, better informed than person at the cust support # given in email from AT&T, persistent in trying to resolve cascading issues, some of which were introduced by previous staff. Doing modem setup now, but hopeful!

Getting a new phone can be a stressful process. Ibad did absolutely everything one could do to make our experence most excellent. Additionally we ordered the high speed internet. It's night and day faster from what we had. We are pleased and honestly if you don't live around Canal Winchester this service is worth the trip. Thanks so much for all the help. It was very uncommon.

I'm (we’re) extremely satisfied with my (our) experience as well as my (our) upgraded phone and watch. When my daughter and I arrived we were greeted by 2 friendly staff (Christie and Kaleb/spell check).
They both were knowledgeable about the products and assisted us with ease and efficiency. The great thing is I'm new to the area and happy to have them nearby (6 minutes away) if necessary. I was also convinced to switch my internet service after functionality and lower pricing were explained.
They're the best reps I've encountered since 2012 when I began my AT&T mobile service. Thank you!

Got our new fold phones and were unable to transfer all our data. Went to this store, and from the moment we entered, Alfonso treated us promptly and professionally. He was able to take care of our issues and even went the extra mile in assisting us. Very good experience today, and very grateful for his professionalism and courtesy.

Alfonso was absolutely AMAZING! My bill was ridiculously high and we were able to get in contact with Customer Service and get the issue resolved! I couldn’t have done it on my own! I probably wouldn’t have gotten much accomplished as I’m SPICY and Alfonso was the CALM AFTER THE STORM! Thanks Again! 🙂

Store Associate Gabe and the new District Manager Mike did an Awesome job taking care of my needs in a very quick manner! I recommend these guys for a quick and efficient service, they have a lot of knowlege to make you feel comfortable. They both were professional and conducted themselves in a way that'll make you come back. Appreciate you guys!

I came in a couple weeks ago with a question about my bill, Bree was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions, the manager Caleb greeted me and even opened the door for me! I recently received my new galaxy 22 ultra and it is even better than they said it would be. I highly recommend att, I also highly recommend this store and their great staff!

I recently upgraded my plan to include the mobile hotspot. For some reason it wasn't working. I went to this store and I believe the girls name was Natalia helped me out. That was the name on the receipt. She already had 2 other customers and paused to take time to help me. She was calm, cool and professional. She went through all of the steps and when none of them worked she installed a new Sim card. At first it still wouldn't work so she apologized and told me to call customer service. I did and when the lady prompted me to turn on the mobile data it worked. The lady said she had done nothing other than check I was on the correct plan. So I think after Natalia inserted the Sim card it just needed a minute for it to work. I went back into the store to thank her. She said to come see her if I ever needed some internet. She really made my day!

Came here to preorder the new iphone with the trade in offer. Ibad was very helpful in updating my plan to unlimited data and setting up my preorder. They walked me through my plan options and kept me informed on what to do when I receive my preorder.
Highly recommend going here for your AT&T and phone needs.

Ibad was very patient. I lost my phone and he set me up with a brand new A13 with a case and all! He helped walk me through the whole process and answered all my questions. Loved the conversation and will definitely be coming back for all my future needs!

Becca was incredibly helpful. Her patience and professionalism was amazing with the previous three crazy customers. I waited a good while, understanding that these old drunk guys were not her fault. She was very patient, wasn't rude in the slightest,
and tried her best to be helpful despite their behavior. The store may be limited as a franchise store, but her customer service was impressive.

I would like to say that Ibad and Bree gave excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and professional. They were genuinely sincere and did not try sell me into something I did not want. Very helpful in directing me to the right direction.

Went to AT&T. Store in canal Winchester Lbad Alam he was very very helpful and nice to us. He Help us transfer plans from another carrier. And we were very please about it thank you again

Great experience today. James G and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable. We transferred from T-Mobile to AT&T - it was a smooth process and we saved money with our union discount.

Spent over and hour and half in the store today with James the manager. He was extremely helpful in helping lower my bill (phones, internet and tv access). Answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. He was very knowledgeable as well as his kind associates. I’ve done business at this specific location for years and would always recommend this AT&T store over any others.
