O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Great Experience, second time here with a large party, different location from last experience, however, the service here has been much better! The host and server’s here are great people and they gave us a great experience. There was no wait, just enough time to allow the staff to seat us. Great Server, great food, great atmosphere. If I ever go to O’Charleys again, this location is at the top of my list.

My wife and I were looking for a place to get a bite to eat, and we noticed O'Charley's nearby, so we decided to try this location.
The food was good, the service was great. The atmosphere was lacking, which really didn't matter much to us.
The only negative I can mention is that where it is located, you will have to drive around in a circle unless you are from the area and know how to get to it.

This evening (Sunday 2/25/24) I was returning home after a long but enjoyable outing with a group of High School Seniors. We were looking for a place to stop and eat that wasn't a Fast Food Joint, having traveled most of the day and still having another 100 miles to go. As we traveled through Columbus, I called several restaurants in the area looking for seating to accommodate 25 individuals. After being lied to by two different establishments, and on one occasion, showing up only to find our promised seats given away to other people, we continued to drive towards home. Leaving Columbus, I happened to remember that there was an O'Charley's at the Canal Winchester exit off of 33. I called and was told they should be able to serve our group. We showed up and they were true to their word. The manager joined in with the efforts of the hostess and waitress to have an area prepared for us. Our server was Meriah, she handled our group of 25 on her own and did an amazing job. I cannot thank them enough for not only their great service and food, but most of all for being true to their word and accommodating my kids. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful day.

Ally really brightened our day. After spending a hard day at hospital we decided to stop for dinner. So glad we did. Ally really made our night. She was so nice and friendly and really made our evening. Thank you Ally, for the excellent sweet n endearing service. Hope you are our server next time as we will be back. Thanks again, also the food and atmosphere were good.

Ordered to go curbside order... I ordered a whole pie and they forgot the whipped cream and toppings for my pie. The chicken tenders were good as usual. The rest of the food was fine. Try the Cajun 9oz salmon

We met friends for lunch after church today & had a great experience from start to finish. Our fav server, Darron, is a long-time server. He is attentive, knows the menu & answered questions about new items. Hot rolls & honey butter! Mic drop. Our 4 orders came out perfectly. The new grilled chicken was so juicy & flavorful, plus the portions were generous. My hubs enjoyed the Country Steak with mushroom & onions in a light gravy with smashed potatoes & “new” green beans which he said were tasty. Darron was so kind & did not rush us while we visited after our meal, too. Highly recommend. If other O’Charley’s operated like this store does, they would be opening stores instead of closing them.

Stopped on for a quick bite, food was great and service was fast!!

Had great service by our waiter. Clean environment, employees looked like they enjoyed their job. Food was quick, and very good.

I had Ann as a server and she was absolutely the best server I’ve ever had in a restaurant. She’s very attentive to her customers and didn’t miss a beat ! I would come back just for her

Yummy rolls! I had fried shrimp dinner, and my husband had fish and chips. Both prepared perfectly. Nice large portions!
There is no room for dessert!!!!

On Fridays my son and I always find somewhere to get something to eat from a restaurant. O'Charley's was a pick this day. I got the I got a salad and my son got the chicken tender meal ...delicious of course the dad tax kicked in on his fries

Excellent service and food. The rolls were warm and fresh, cedar-plank salmon was well-prepared, and steak cooked correctly. Warm and inviting interior with plenty of room. Our server was attentive and answered our questions politely. Thank you 😊

Went out of town and saw O'Charleys restaurant! Had to stop as it's our favorite and our local ones have closed. The food was excellent as well as the service. Please keep this one open!!

Ale House never disappoints, we enjoyed an evening on the patio, with great food and friends. I even parked on the patio.

Our waitress was definitely one of the better ones. Didn't have to ask for anything she was on it!!!!

This is a very nice restaurant with an awesome menu and a very relaxing atmosphere. The service is fast and friendly!
