Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This place was legitimately incredible. The staff were so friendly, and the vibe was very welcoming. The food was great, the staff was literally the best. I just had a great time, these people need a raise.

Confession. This was first time eating at Popeyes. The restaurant was very clean! That is not what blew me away. We had Gale as our host. I told her this was my first time eating here. She was just the absolute sweetest. Not only was she personable, she was patient, and even suggested Some things we could get. As a single Mom who was trying to stay within budget, she did just that. She made our evening so much better. If you happen to be in Canal and visit Gale. She's a one in a million!!! ❤🤗 Thank You, Gale!! The food is beyond amazing!!!

We got a online order last night. We picked it up in the drive thru. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The order was complete and correct. They even made sure there was napkins and utensils. The food was perfect hot very fresh and oh so tasty. Thank you so much. We will be back.

I ordered delivery and there was an item missing. I spoke to the (I assume) manager Dan. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make things right (more than he even needed to!). My GF and I love coming here and will continue to do so, not only because of the food, but also because of Dan and his great employees!

The young men that work here are amazing. I must take the time to write this review. My husband and I always come toward the end of the work day and they always do their best to accommodate our order even if that means dropping fresh fries 15 minutes before they close. They never once have an attitude and always are super willing to assist if there are any issues with pickup orders. This location and one going the opposite direction are equal distance from my home but I will always choose this one because of the service and the willingness of management to make it right.

We had THE nicest woman take our order. And I'm not exaggerating. Gale, you are a gem. Keep loving people. ❤ You made my day and turned a first timer into a Popeyes fan for life. Someone from corporate needs to snatch you up and make you the face of the franchise!

Ordered a Cajum turkey for Thanksgiving. I am not fond of turkey, but this was one of the best I've ever tasted. It was very tender and flavorful. I'd definitely order again.

Ain't no roaches in this Popeyes LOL this Popeyes is pretty clean, the servers and management are very nice, and even though they are busy almost every time I go there they seem to get out the food pretty quick on top of which this is one of the first Popeyes I've been to where even when they're busy they don't give you old chicken everything I've gotten from there has been fresh and they are eager to help me to substitute items that they did not have with things that I normally wouldn't try but I'm glad I did because it was pretty good. I haven't had a Popeyes this good since I left Florida many many years ago. After I have a bad experience with Popeye's in Atlanta I almost gave up with them because almost every place I've been Popeyes wise has been a joke, this restaurant is the exception. Definitely stopping this one if you're going to get some Popeyes you will like it I promise.

Customer service was phenominal! No loud yelling coming from the kitchen or anything like that. everyone was calm, cool, and collective and working together. Atmosphere was far beyond expectation which led me to feel the need to give credit where it is due!

I usually order the 6 piece ghost pepper wings with a side of blackened ranch or bayou buffalo sauce. The wings are full of flavor, not too spicy. The employees at this location are very friendly.

You cant go wrong with this southern chicken....mmm good way better than KFC-Real.Chicken no artificial implants😎

Love popeyes. I love the coupons I get in the mail and their chicken and their mac an cheese is to die for. I really love the mac and cheese also the frozen strawberry lemonade is so very delicious.

My visit was during busy dinner hours and I received outstanding customer service and fresh, delicious food!
I believe it was Enoch who greeted us as we entered the dining room and told us about the current deals and talked us into banana pudding. Jermaine was who took our order and he was very helpful and friendly as well.
Because of these 2 gentlemen I will definitely return to this location😊
