McDonald's

Ordered at the drive thru. Just a crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce. Tomato and ketchup. It was made to order which is surprising i usually the give me the regular toppings. This time, they did it right.

I mean it's mcdonalds comfort food. One interesting feature is the order window is communicated all in AI. It understood everything I said so that's a plus. This is a glimpse of the future whether we like it or not.

Food and service were great. The milk shake was great.

I love the new automated ordering system. I live in Florida, and we do not have the updated system yet. The food was hot and the staff were friendly.

I know fast food restaurants in Canal get a bad rap and they are short staffed with little time for customer service! Today the Canal McDonalds on Gender Road was amazing! For some reason my paid for Mobil order disappeared! They told me to come in and worked hard to make it right and get me on my way as quick as possible! Thank you McDonald for being great today! The 2 supervisors worked together with a smile and absolutely no attitude! Great job!

I took my granddaughter with me today and we ate inside. They were operating on a skeleton crew but I will tell you what--every employee was busting their tails to get orders out asap focusing on the drivr-thru as a priority **as they should!! Very impressed even though we had to wait. I don't care how long I have to wait as long as employees are working hard and not standing around talking. Bravo to all those on staff today at approx 1:30 pm today!!

Out of all of the McDonald’s I’ve been to, this is one of the best. Restaurant was very clean, supplies were stocked and had a friendly staff. Manager let me try the grimace milkshake because I was curious about it. It’s pretty good, it’s like a berry flavor.

I mean, it's McDonald's... what can I say? The food was what I expected. The fries were hot and crispy. We happened to get a "cashier in training" so it took a bit longer to order but, hey, she's learning so it's all good. Before this visit, I hadn't eaten at McDonald's in literal years, so this satisfied my craving. See you again in another few years, Ronald. Lol

I came to your location around 1:30pm today through the drive through and wanted to say the gentlemen working the food window was very nice, fast and had a great attitude about him. He was wearing. Rugrats jacket if that helps :) also the food was all hot and cooked perfectly. I’m not usually one to leave positive reviews for fast food (because the experiences are not usually positive) but I felt it was deserved after being greeted by such an outstanding employee. Thank you Rugrats guy!

This is the best McDonald's experience I have ever had. Their sandwich was put together almost exactly like the sign and it was so nicely put together that it wasn't really messy. The service took a little longer but they definitely made high quality food. Their employees were so respectful too. Overall, the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Keep up the great work everyone!!

I promise hands down, it's the best I ever been to, who ever the manager on this shift around 11am, she is a real genuine person...I love what she's stand for!!!! I will be coming back here...❤❤❤

Hubby needed to go on a fast trip and I was the driver. But, I was hangry,😳 yep yep.
He say
" I' ll get you some Mc D's, go through and park."
He brought me out a Mc' sausage w/ egg.

Great service from the young lady that took our order. The place was busy but we didn't have to wait long for our food. They had plenty of staff to cover the crowd. They also have self order kiosks so you don't have to wait in line. The fries were fresh and delicious as always. There is a double drive thru as well for your service pleasure.

We came through the drive through for lunch and the line went fast. They got the entire order correct including topping changes. Well done.

I went to McDonald's, I ordered a fish sandwich and a diet drink. Later in the night, I felt extremely sick, I started throwing up and had diarrhea. I had food poisoning symptoms. I will never ever order a fish sandwich from McDonald's.

Very busy when I went but got through the drive thru very quickly. Order was correct and tasted fine. Very good customer service skills and fast pace on the orders. Sat in a long line around the building less than 5 minutes!

The manager Casey helped me promptly when I informed them their lobby sweet tea was getting low. She was very personable and friendly. The lobby was very clean and they were really busy!! Would definitely recommend this Mickey D's!!!
