Chipotle Mexican Grill

Never been to chipotle, the two girls behind the counter were super helpful. I had the girls make two tacos the way they like to eat it and wow!!! She has it down to an art! It was so delicious! I wasnt even sad they had run out of fajita mix! Thanks for a great first experience at chipotle!

I love the steak bowls at Chipotle. Staff was very nice at Canal Winchester. Food was delicious. Enough for two meals.

Food is always good. I love Chipotles. The only thing they need is to add more protein in the burritos and in the tacos more rice and beans than protein.

I gave them another chance but I asked for chicken & I got chewy steak. I just don't care for the food I overall. My daughter likes it. I do like the chips when fresh. They were out of several items. So I won't going back. First time at other location very sloppy people open trash can close & food all over the place.

Chipotle in Canal has been killing it. Even when my rice was messed up they quickly made it right. Way to go guys!

This place has the best customer service that I've ever experienced at a Chipotle, and portion sizing is wonderful here!

I placed an order a couple weeks ago, and a couple things on my order had ran out at the restaurant. So the shift manager called me personally and told me she'd be sending me a coupon with my food for 3 free bowls. :)

I went there right before they closed and I'm not sure what the young man's name was that took my food order but he had medium brown hair I believe it was wavy or curly. He was super friendly, made my burrito exactly how I like it and didn't seem bothered that we came in so late. The only problem that I can think of is the young man that was running the register that night didn't seem to have any clue what he was doing. I only ordered barbacoa burritos one was with meat cheese and sour cream only and the other was only me and cheese but he was trying to charge me the full $9 and I kept telling him those are only two and three-point burritos but he still charged me the full price!! I had to point it out a third time before he finally decided to get his manager after that everything went smooth and the food was great but that hot sauce is still way too damn hot... Lol I highly recommend this place

We went in and ordered take out, the dining room was pretty dirty, but we were taking our food to go, so it didn’t really bother me. Everything we got was delicious, and the workers were friendly.

The young guy I had was awesome and gave me good portions I feel like they always give you so little.

This Chipotle has really come a long way since I started coming here 5 years ago. I come here on a weekly basis and, especially within the last year, pretty much every interaction has been excellent. The ingredients are of high quality and the service is friendly and quick. I will keep coming back.

It's a chipotle. Front-line staff are amazing and deserve a raise. Their app/online ordering need re-worked.

Last night we ordered online from our local Canal Chipotle. We've never had any issues, but chaos ensued when we arrived at our pick-up time. Dozens of people stood outside, and inside awaiting carry-out orders. Apparently their POS system went down, their manager was MIA, and online orders became backed up. The workers calmly requested customers to wait outside for their orders due to CoVid, as customers began piling inside. Customers quickly became inpatient, yelling at the staff, and shoving their phones in the faces of workers. After waiting 30 mins outside our order was delivered, but they did forget our Guac.

All-in-all the workers did a fantastic job; and Chipotle's app let them down. If a store is becoming backed-up; the app needs to either defer those orders to a different time slot; or lock out orders all together. Great food and great staff. 5 *'s.

One day this girl was on the line and she was so friendly and funny and made my experience here great. I told her I never seen her on line and asked if she was new but she said no she just usually stays in the back and does prep I told her they should keep her up here and then since then I barely see her :( I see her do takeout on the rare occasion and when she is on there customers come in and out with no wait unlike any other day where line customers and takeout customers are constantly waiting 10-30 mins.. she seems to be the best employee there and she’s constantly moving and the fastest all while I noticed is PREGNANT when there’s young kids there who can barely even provide good customer service. I wish she worked more bc I asked about a week ago when I saw her she if she worked at nights now so I can just come in when she works but she said they cut her hours to 1-2 days and yet the people who suck and are slow with bad attitudes were kept on everyday but they need to be moved to “prep” and people like her can be up front with customers or kept on takeout. I hope I get to see her pretty friendly face more as you guys are only getting my 5 stars bc of her and the fact the food got a lot better over the years.. let her train the rest of your employees on how they should be bc I came in yesterday and today hoping for another food experience with customer service but it was very lacked.. I ask when she works next and employees said they didn’t know so I hope to run into her soon

I would like to give a BIG Thank you to Kimmy the Service Manager and the rest of the staff.
She took time out of the dinner rush to assist me when my Special Needs son was having a difficult time. She went above and beyond what she would have needed to do....even assisting me carry our leftovers out to my car.

P.S.--My little man was doing much better as we got closer to home.

I placed a order at 5:00pm and set the time for 5:30pm. When I entered the restaurant my order was right where it was expected and right on time. They have really got their act together and did excellent. Come to this location during lunch to 6pm and you will not be disappointed.

One of our favorite local Chipotles. My wife has Celiac Disease and the vast majority of the workers at this location do a great job following the company's allergen protocols. It's great to have a place so close to where we live that she can grab food out without worrying if it will make her sick. Their portion sizes range a little from average to generous, but I've never had a skimpped meal at this location. The toppings and meat are exactly the quality and freshness one should expect from the Chipotle brand. This location is a good model for how Chipotle should be everywhere.

I cannot get enough of the consistency fresh ingredients at this place! They are always at the right temp and top quality. The restaurant is loud and industrial - don't expect any cozy booths - but plan to eat healthy and delicious.

My favorite chipotle place. Nice and clean. It wasn't crazy busy time check 11 AM. Everything taste fresh and delicious. The employee helping me today were nice and friendly.
