Great customer service in this location!! Right when we walked in, we were attended to right away. We had an order pick up and return and it was a smooth and easy transaction. Lots of workers and we were asked a couple times if we needed help. Crowd wasn’t too much and we were in and out. The guy who helped us in self-checkout helped us out and even got a box for us. Super enjoy this!!

Parking lot was clean. Store was well kept. Staff was helpful. Products were properly placed. Cashiers were helpful. My favorite local place for my hardware needs. 15 years going to this store.... overall 99% good experiences. Keep it up, Team F. HILLS Home Depot!

This is a shout out to Mimi who was a great help in returns. I'm in town from Chicago visiting helping my parents with some issues around the house and needed to return a couple things and she's a wonderful spirit to see and help out.

This home Depot location does not have everything other locations to note it's more of a neighborhood quick stop.

Great place, super chill! The decor was modern and very clean, lots of windows gave it a very open feeling. Giant PlayStation section to play Fifa. The owner Joe was very hospitable. Gave us some free water without us even asking, then Ray his father walked around offering middle Eastern sweets(no charge). I'd definitely go back!

The last time I was in, I needed to make a few spare keys. After waiting for a few minutes, Joe at the self-checkout, who was not even working that department, noticed that I was waiting and decided to come over and help me. He quickly made the keys and I was on my way. Joe, even though this may seem small, went above and beyond for me and I could not appreciate it more. What a great team member and a major reason many come back to this location.

I recently ordered some faux grass squares to use as a rug In my bathroom.I know it sounds weird ;) Anyway when I went to pick them up my order was canceled without my knowledge. After talking with Jeff the store manager I decided to purchase a piece to cut. Jeff and George was patient as they saw I really wanted to rectify my canceled order. Yet another problem the machine to cut carpet would not cut the faux grass! So after attempting to use a box cutter they did the best they could and I
was willing to buy it but Jeff said if you can use it you can have it. Needless to say I did and can't wait to show of my photos, even after Jeff warned me of my courageous decor idea 🤩

Great store with friendly staff ! Always Clean and well stocked. Fast and efficient service ! The manager Anthony Peeples is so kind and community oriented . My favorite Home Depot by far 😊 ESP during Covid their cleaning and sanitizing processes make me feel more comfortable

This is my home location, and I’m pretty happy about that. They have good selection and usually this location is well stocked and tidy. No store is without faults though but overall I have had many helpful experiences with my local crew!

Bought a jacuzzi for $635 but I didn't know I had to get a drain kit for another $84 I still have to buy the heater for under $200 so $900 total for a nice therapeutic massage in my tub I guess it's worth it.

Lost the receipt but promised this shout out for great service. JOE YACK. Thank you for stopping to help me get my keys made. Store was busy. I had to be somewhere shortly. I appreciate you being so cool with stopping what you were doing to make my keys. Friendly and efficient. Thanks again.

I was at the store with 3 5-gallen buckets trying to load them into my trunk and Seán walked over in the cold and graciously helped me load all of them into my tiny car! He was amazing and so helpful!

He has helped me more than 3 times on separate occasions, in plumbing issues engaging from a variety of complexity. From a simple compression valve to a complete laundry room pipe replacement.

Great customer service. Best service I've ever had at a Home Depot.

I walked into the lumber department looking for help. I knew I wanted to get a sheet of wood cut to size with the intention of using it as a temporary table leaf. Marc approached me asking if he could help me. I explained that I was looking for a 42" by 26" by 1" sheet of wood to use as a leaf and was planning to throw a table clothe over it all so I didn't care what kind of wood I got.

He thought about it and let me know that they probably didn't have a inch thick sheet. He checked with another employee to confirm, and let me know my best chance was probably a half inch sheet doubled up. We looked at some other potential options like a sheet of counter top, but quickly realized that the doubled up half inch sheet was my best and most economical choice.

While we ran around looking at options, I explained to him that I needed something for dinner that night. He suggested that I use screws instead of wood glue to hold the sheets together as a result. (No glue smell to worry about.)

I couldn't be happier with how thorough and thoughtful he was in helping me out. I'll be back next time. Now if I could find my receipt and do the official survey for them...
