The store is so clean and organized. Easy to look through and find what you might like. Plus the employees are so informed and seem like they love their job.

I 've enjoyed shopping at Bath & Body Works for about 25 years! As always, the store was clean, well stocked and orderly. The workers were pleasant and friendly. My online order was found quickly. I've never had a bad experience at any location of this company. The items are pricey but I don't mind paying extra for such high quality products.

My boyfriend and I come here so much that the employees know us, ha. Everyone is so nice and helpful, and lets us know around the time more holiday things will come into the store. The cashiers are great too! I was going to give a 1 star though because I think we need to break up, I keep spending too much at your store 😅 I love your sales too much; before I know it, I've spent over $100 just on small hand creams. Love this store though!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the moment that I walked in the door. No one was pushy, and I didn't feel forced to make a purchase. I went in to get one candle, I ended up buying 3. The fall scented candles are out, and there are so many lovely scents. I'll be going back for more soon!😄

Even though I am days past December 26th, there were still some items left for the 75% off sale. The staff were very helpful in helping me find last minute gifts.

It is too easy to shop with them. Place your order online and it's ready when you get there. The associates are extremely helpful and pleasant but not pushy. It is a pleasure to shop there.

The lady that greeted us as we entered Bath & Body Works was very nice to both my granddaughter and me. We found just what we were shopping for right away.

It always smells so good and the employees are always so nice. There men’s selection is a lil small but they make up for it with their wallflower refill wall.

Amazing! I was there for their 75% off sale. I needed numerous gifts. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They helped me find everything I needed. They also helped me carry everything to the door. They were extremely busy, but that did not stop them from providing excellent customer service!

I always look forward to the 75% off sales and load up on all my favorite items! They have a great variety of different scented candles too! Jackie, Eden, and Heather are at the Mayfield Hts. They are so pleasant and eager to help you. I have been to other bath and body works stores and I have not found the same kind of service that I get at this store.
