Had a wonderful experience with ur sales associate Dominique He informative / knowledgeable about the product.

Dom is one of the most knowledgeable managers in the business and his customer engagement is a delight My daughter and I had some complicated account needs following my husbands death and we both tried other ATT AGENTS to straighten things out. Dom went straight to the right departments and completed our changes straight away. This is the kind of worker everyone is trying to hire. If I were ATT I d start moving him up the ladder and do everything you can to keep him.

I love this location! Manager Dom and his staff always tries their best to get my business, family and I the products that we need and ways for us to save our money. I highly recommend this store!!

I would like to take the time to thank Sam who was a HUGE help at this store, after the first store I went to gave me the run around extraordinaire!! Sam you are AWESOME, and it was such a pleasure to have someone that didn't mind doing their job. He was very warm spirited, knowledgeable, and and didn't have you waiting long at all. This will be the location for me, everyone there was very warm, kind, and willing to help no matter what their title was, unlike the first store.

The store was busy when I came in but Sam introduced himself as I waited. I didn’t come in to buy anything but had questions about my bill. We reviewed my account and he noted that I was getting data overage charges. He changed my plan and called customer service to see if the charges can be removed. I really appreciated that. Thanks again….

My wife and I needed to upgrade our phones. Normally, it’s something that we dread doing. However, the new staff at this location was great. We worked with Jasmine and she was by far the most helpful person we have worked with. She was very thorough and even updated our plan to save us money on our monthly bill. I would and have highly recommend her.

I moved to the Beachwood area last year from Korea. Today, by far, was the best customer experience that I had so far. Sakeya Fitzpatrick was incredibly nice and just helped me with all questions I had. Actually, I left smiling after leaving the store. She was very knowledgeable and was just plain awesome to me! This AT&T store is so much better than the other AT&T stores I have been to.

I have a new AT&T phone. I had questions so I stopped spontaneously at an AT& T on Mayfield Road in Mayfield Height, Ohio. After asking questions, I did not understand what was being told. The employee was on their cell phone while I was trying to get assistance with questions had about my cell phone. I left this AT&T with the same questions I had when walked in. As driving home I saw another AT&T, address 6294 Mayfield Road in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. I stopped at this AT&T, hoping an employee would help me. An employee by the name of DAVON MILES helped me. He is very patient, kind and informative. This man is a wonderful employee. He answered my questions in a way I could understand what was being told after asking them. Davon Miles should be given recognition because he is a wonderful employee, a great asset to AT&T. Before leaving I asked for the store # and was told it is YKLB. Thank you!

I was having trouble with my phone after an system upgrade. I went to the Mayfield store for assistance. The sales consultant, Sam Phipps, patiently worked on the phone, shared operating tips and enhanced the appearance of the messaging app. He worked on the phone for a hour. This customer service was one of the best assistance that I have received in a very long time. I'm extremely grateful for the service provided.

Saw Tony today at the mayfield hts store and he answered all our questions upgraded a new phone, changed our service and saved us money. Very friendly and helpful - unlike the other store we stopped at yesterday.

Dom and Chris were so helpful in getting our new phones set up and helping us upgrade our service. They even stayed a bit past the store closing to help wrap up our service. Somehow we left there with 2 new phones, unlimited data, got a great return on our old phones, AND are paying less a month. THANK YOU!
