It's so easy to lose track of time in this store. They have everything storage related you will be sure to find what you need and more. I never knew that storage had so many options to make my life easier. the staff is extremely helpful, I needed to measure something and a staff member was quick to help me. I came here because they were the only store I could find that sells hanger reacher poles. I need it to hang my pieces for the vendor events and The Container Store had several in stock.
They even have so much I never imagined they would have. And the prices are reasonable. It was quite inside and extremely organized.

We just had bought our home and our closets needed some help! I was fortunate enough to have been assigned to Shannon to design our closets. She is not only an amazing designer she is also an amazing human. She listened to the needs we had for our spaces and designed accordingly. We didn't need to make any changes to her design. I was so impressed by her. I was sent the design with the ability to pay for the materials and install. This was a very easy and convenient process. Shannon scheduled our install with our meeting to approve her design. The installation team called and emailed the next day, confirming the install date and time. We've just had our daughter's closet installed. Marc showed up on time with the most amazing attitude I've had the pleasure of being around in a long time. I feel so blessed to have been able to work with this amazing group of people.
I have to say that I'm addicted to The Container Store. I love everything about them including the manager at the Walnut Creek location Lori, another amazing human. I would HIGHLY recommend the Walnut Creek store, Shannon and the team she works with are worth the money spent. I talked to several companies to make an informed decision about the investment I was going to make. We are very happy we decided to use TCS to install our custom closets.

ONG. If you have never been to a container store, you must go. There is everything under the sun here for what you need to store things. It is a very large location with plenty of items for what you’re looking for. Parking garage right next-door that is free easy access in and out.

Amazing customer service all round! The virtual design process was great, and our design consultant was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. The Container Store installation team did an amazing job demoing and building the closet. With the Elfa design the installation team had the closet built in one day. I am definitely going back to The Container Store to get my garage storage done.

As newcomers to California and new condo buyers in Rossmoor, we are in need of a good designer to help maximize our limited space. We started at The Container Store to look for referrals. And we stopped there! We met with Carol of the closet design team. It's the holiday season, retail stores are short-staffed throughout the country due to Covid, there's an upcoming sale so store traffic is high...and Carol was patient, professional, caring and helpful! She patiently guided my husband and me through the process of planning three closets. We had to change one of our appointments with her and, due to limited appointment availability, she offered to accommodate us at the end of her day! Carol is a gem who clearly takes personal pride in her contribution to customer service. We are very grateful and look forward to our new closet installations.

I had ordered a large ELFA closet system and I made a mistake by ordering the wrong color. The office manager Donna was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was able to exchange everything seamlessly. Excellent customer service and attention to detail in this interaction.

I love this place because I love organizing things. But also because they are the only place in my area that sells those wooden suit hangers with the moveable pants bar (and they are super cheap). Seriously, no other store had them in stock within MILES. It's a weird reason to love this store, but you have to be somewhat weird to love the container store!

Been a while, large store with great selection. So much easier to shop in brick & mortar for these items than online.

This is a truly massive store with everything you could possibly want for storage, shipping, wrapping, or traveling with your stuff regardless of shape, size, or weight. The is nowhere else that even touches the organizational possibilities you can find in this place. For someone who likes to organize and label things, The Container Store is like Candyland.

The employees here are super helpful and always willing to help you find what you need, even if they have to pull it out of their stock room for you. I love this store to bits, and anyone looking to get their life in order will love it, too.

This is a very dangerous place for anyone who dreams of a totally organized home. We spent two hours going down every aisle. From big projects -- e.g., closet reorg -- to adding to your kitchen or travel gadget collection or desk decor, check out this chain store. The Walnut Creek store is bright, clean, and organized, just what you'd expect.
