Have been going here for years throughout my swim career.
Staff was very helpful and friendly every visit. One visit left me with a especially good experience when I bought earplugs due to swimmer’s ear. Cashier helped me pick and even shared her own experience with them. My local go-to store for any of my swim equipment/needs.

Corby and her team at Elsmore Swim Shop are amazing! They helped us pick and design swim suits, caps, parkas and other merchandise for our swim team and created a beautiful and easy team store. Everything has our team logo on it. Corby was extremely helpful setting everything up- it took all of the pressure of of us! Offering merchandise for our team has never been easier!

This place has all your needs if you have a swimmer in your house or life. The service it top notch and they have or can get anything you need in quick fashion directly from the vendor and at comparable pricing with most online places. The best part is they can help you to find a fit that works and is comfortable.

Great selection of everything for the swimming workout.

I purchased a swim team boys swim suit from them after trying out the samples they brought to our team area. The swim suit I received is not the same size as the one my son tried out. When I contacted the customer service about this inconsistency, they claim that I bought the wrong size. If your try on sizes are not the same as the ones you are selling how come it is my mistake. Store is not willing to take back the suit and I ended up spending $57 on a swim suit that cannot be used by my son. Be aware if you are ordering custom swim suits from Elsmore, their try on sizes are not matching the actual suit!

Have been very pleased up to this point with Elsmore and the products they offer. Though today will be my last time shopping with them due to a very poor customer experience in regards to a return. In the past when I have made a poor choice and have purchased the incorrect item, I have returned and they have given me a discount on the new purchase which I have appreciated. I recently bought a pair of swim trunks which were too small and very uncomfortable. I measured them with a measuring tape from home and they were 4 inches smaller than listed. I came in to the shop and shared the experience and item. Too, put up another pair listed with the same size and showed the difference. Response was “that they stretch”(?). I was then told I need to purchase a new pair because they could now do nothing with the pair I brought in? Correct action should have been, will exchange and go discuss with Arena for a refund or credit. Customer should not have to take this on, especially with manufacture error. Dick’s and online sites are my new swim product outlet. From Loyal customer at one time……

I recently visited this swim shop for the second time. The service was the same as the first time. I walked in with my two kids and was browsing for some items for a swim meet. The lone employee just stood at the cash register. He did not even greet us when we walked in. After we had been browsing for a time, I asked, "Are you going to help us or what?". It was so rude and unprofessional to allow us to fend for ourselves. It's not like customers were lined up out the door. I don't think you will be in business for very long and I certainly won't be back!
