Harbor Freight Tools

James was such a wonderful help to me. James took the time to listen to me, provide a solution to my question regarding switching from flourescent lights to compatible LED lighting. He offered to carry my purchase out to my car which I so appreciated. It was dark, and it was just thoughtful. I will be back to this place as my first choice for any other needs that Harbor Freight provides.

Always a good stop. More often than not the’ll have what you need, and stuff you didn’t know you needed. “I love the smell of cheap tools in the morning!”

Very clean store. Conveniently located right off the freeway. Employees were very helpful. Saw me looking around and two of them came over to help me.

I can't stay out of this store. I usually have to bring the wife so I can be supervised. I spend too much money there!

Store has lots of affordable tools. it was neat, organized, and while the store was pretty busy for 2 employees, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and competent

Walked in today because I needed a smart plug for my studio and I saw online that they had it. I looked around, couldn’t find it, then asked for help from a dude up front.

Both the guys up front were super chill, helpful and courteous. The dude I asked found the smart plug for me in the back and brought it up front for me to purchase.

This was on of the best Harbor Freight stores I'd been to, the wrenches, sockets, tools, wre impressive. The store was clean and in order, great job!!!

I am a big fan of Harbor Freight. This location in Roseville is on par with any of the others I have been to. Broad brush-Harbor Freight is doing what Sam Walton did in the 1970's. Fill up the counters and peg hooks with reliable products that aren't necessarily household brand names. The selection is somewhat limited, but out of stocks just do not happen.
The return policy is generous, the warranty program extremely favorable towards the buyer. I have on occasion purchased the warranty on a few expensive items, and have to use it twice. Both times I got "sorry for the problem, go grab a replacement." Or words to that affect. One of the items was a freaking log splitter! And that was a coin flip on whether or not it was actually my own fault. The prices are outstanding and the rewards club is also worth the effort.
Honestly, 6 stars out of 5.

If you need a cheap tool or pretty decent quality bits/blades/etc for your current tools, Harbor Freight is worth the look-see! I buy their tools to ensure I'll use it enough to justify the investment into a higher end brand.

When you need tools last minute to absolutely get your job done with blatant disregard for safety or long term use, this is THE spot! Good selection of just about everything, Staff is really nice. Prices are very low, but you get what you pay for. Everything from air Compressors to car Jack's have broke within months of purchase here, but in a pinch, you gotta do what you gotta do. Very good selection of air hoses and connectors too!

Helpful staff, lots of items that are of similar quality to what is carried by the expensive depots without the double jacked up prices.

Great prices, but some poorly made products mixed in among the good/great. Definitely do some research on what you're buying. Quality continues to get better on most tools year after year. Make sure to buy with a coupon :)

They always have what you need and at a good price. Picked up some ratcheting straps at a great price. The customer service was rad. The guy at the register was hella nice and we had good conversation.

Love this place, a lot of cheap tools very affordable prices. If it's for a one time project or not a daily use tool. It's the perfect place to buy them. There is a wide variety of things like tarps, garden tools, Hand tools, power tools, battery-powered tools, generators. Excellent sales, coupons, and sometimes free stuff.

Friendly staff and clean store.
If you need a tool chances are they'll have it here at a better price than you will find elsewhere. The quality of tool may not be as good but in most situations you can purchase 2 or 3 for the cost of one tool elsewhere.
